Why don’t you give me one that is not discovered 10 years ago.. he is past his prime.. methodology of finding and selecting players are miles ahead from time when Ragnick was able to make an impact

I think it was massive not to make CL this year, I feel we could be heading to a few tricky years now, not quite banter but not far off. I just can't see room for us in the top 4 next season and perhaps the season after that. I know we've yet to appoint management, coach and players etc and it's early to say but I genuinely cannot see it happening. Not with the way the teams above us with more money want to push on

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
If true, this explains why we collapsed in the last weeks of the season.

Ibra started stirring shit up and setup part of the squad against Allegri.🤦

Should have been the first one to get sacked. :
But then Gerry wouldn’t have his famous football friend, having famous friends makes him look or feel more affluent and important.

He disregarded the advice of Gazidiz to keep the structure that worked for Elliot and insisted on installing his yes men. People who would follow orders and never question his decisions.

Furlani had his own ideas though and pulled the wool over Gerry’s eyes played his lawyers power play to gain more power. Yet according to a few in here Furlani wasn’t a problem.

From the moment Redbird entered the scene there was only going to be one outcome total chaos. The fact that Ibra survived the purge is further proof that there will be more chaos to follow.

Oddo will leave Milan Futuro
And Kirovski? It does not bode well if he stays and is adamantly defended by Ibra. This is especially concerning when it comes to the first team and who Ibra will appoint for the key roles. An egomaniac with far too much power.

Not making CL again should be the wake up call to really rebuild everything, otherwise I think we continued like the last 2 years.

Gerry should accept rebuilding takes time, at least a year or 2-3. Unfortunately I think he wont have the patience… and we will not make any progress the coming years. Every year a new coach, no solid player base.

I genuinely feel Ibra should’ve been the first one he sacked even before Furlani who I feel regardless of what u thought of him was a stick on to go anyway because of public opinion if nothing else and for Tare I can’t help but think he was thrown clean under the bus and is probably fairly competent at what he does

Furlani was interfering with the mercato decisions without listening to Tare / Allegri.

Ibra was gossiping with players and starting fights.

Honestly, it's a miracle we were top 2 at one point of the season. :proud:

Regardless of Jerry’s business skills I think ego is the thing that is going to derail everything and adding Ibra’s in to this is a perfect storm-this cannot end well and will not. We see who is at the top of the chain now and that Ibra is clearly his nr 2 despite bizarrely not having any sort of full time position here. If that is the structure how does this end well? Money is needed and lots of it and it’s not going to come from Redbird. We need serious investment from at least at partner otherwise this project won’t work

Gerry hiring his mate Ibra who doesn’t really work for the club who in turn then hired his mate Jovan. It doesn’t look very good laid out bare, doesn’t feel like a strong foundation

We let gerry do the same mistakes for years...he just cant pick the right personel, but blamed Maldini for 1 or 2 mistakes which he learned from..
This garbage took years to figure Furlani cant work in a team. Who says Maldini and Ibra wouldnt work together? As far as im concerned they respect each other...
But yeah, gerry is full of shit so i dont expect any improvements in the near future. If you cant figure anything for years, then you are not for this sport

Furlani, Ibra and Moncada should have been fired together in one meeting. Tare was also culpable but was caught in a dysfunctional set up making his role more difficult.

Yes he was definitely thrown under the bus Furlani, Ibra and Moncada have a history of interfering, deflecting blame onto others and throwing them under the bus.

The dysfunctional nature of the executive board made it impossible for any cohesive decisions or actions to happen. Too many self centred people and no intention to work collectively for the greater good of Milan.

Furlani was interfering with the mercato decisions without listening to Tare / Allegri.

Ibra was gossiping with players and starting fights.

Honestly, it's a miracle we were top 2 at one point of the season. :proud:
From the moment he was appointed CEO Furlani revelled in his interference he enjoyed the power so much he lawyered up to get more power. A true parasite.

Ibra was a pointless appointment with little to no function. He is an airhead a clueless idiot with a massive ego. I cannot fathom how he is still part of the set up.

Milan being in second for as long as we were was down a number of factors. The cause of the collapse is down to Allegri’s stubbornness as a coach lack of any attacking philosophy and interference from Furlani, Ibra and Moncada.

The whole structure was pure chaos and collapse was inevitable. RedBird have set Milan back years and are a prime example of how not to run a club.

They inherited a successful working structure and completely dismantled it. It would make a fascinating case study for chaos theory.

There's something about Ibra representing Milan that doesn't sit right with me, I'd much prefer an Albertini or someone else-far more personable

I just can't help but think Allegri's fate was already sealed and even if he achieved CL he was gone and I think we therefore pumped the brakes on this guy when we fell into Europa or this could've been a done deal for us

If Milan Futoro is anything to go by everyone should be deeply concerned with Ibra being handed so much power and influence.

The only silver lining is Ibra makes such a mess too early he gets fired while there is enough time to amend his actions.

Maybe Gerry sells and they both go and do the Netflix documentary together. How not to run a football club a Netflix documentary.

Whats up with Ibra slander??

He wasnt one who managed to play worst football in europe. Parking bus against every1, lecce, cagliari, juventus......lowest amount of goals scored in decade. Goals leaking everywhere despite playing 5 in back. Zero offensive product. No ideas, nothing. Players were scared to shoot, attack. Playing wingers as strikers. Zero patterns on pitch. No threat on set pieces. No press, nothing (Allegri)

He didnt spend 300M in 2 seasons to have this shitty product also. (Furlani, Tare, Moncada).

Hes egomaniac and has faults, but hes last person to accuse of this chaos.

What's even madder is how you reminisce over 1 semi final. Placing it as the benchmark. Yet totally ignore the 2 group stage exits either side of it.

But hey, when you got a narrative to push...
