My guess (hope) is that the actual spend on Ramos is much more reasonable, something closer to 50m, with the rest being bonuses that might bring it up to 60 or 70m. But if those bonuses get triggered it means either he's performing or we are back to winning, so who cares?

I think as of now he's at least a tier below Cisse`, Comotto, Camarda, and even Kostic. For Ossola either Milan Futuro or Serie B/C loan.
