Of course.

It's August and now our management saw that with Pavlovic and Tomori, a.k.a. wooden legs, we can't do shit.

We brought Gila to replace Tomori. Nice, now just sell Tomori's ass to whoever.

We also have to upgrade Pavlovic. I don't know if Inacio is the answer. But we HAVE to replace him. He is a solid defender but an awful passer.

Modern football demands better.

UEFA is even more corrupt than FIFA. Just look at how Spanish and English clubs are consistently favored by refereeing decisions. Then remember that Financial Fair Play was supposedly introduced to create a more level playing field between clubs, yet it ended up doing the exact opposite. Instead, it undermined Italian clubs, German clubs (except Bayern), and French clubs (except PSG). In the end, everything was designed to benefit the Premier League, as well as Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Roma were forced to sell Salah and Alisson for half of their market value because of it.
What I want to know is where is all this Turkish league money coming from? It ain't from domestic or Europe so who's letting them rack up this DEBT which it surely is?

Pavlovic has failed to convince Amorim; the manager is pushing to spend a significant sum on Gonçalo Inácio for that position. Gabbia and De Winter, on the other hand, are reliable in central defence; the plan will be to build play through the wide center-backs Gila and Inácio.

Peppe Di Stefano
These Portuguese coaches, wherever they go, always do everything they can to sign their fellow countrymen. It's a bit suspicious, to be honest.

Furlani would have sold him before the window started for 60m and then spent 80% of that on Busardo's players

Pavlovic is the only defender we have that is a real threat when we are attacking/set pieces and the difference while defending with the others is not that big.
I would sell Tomori or De Winter before selling Pavlovic.
Not to mention that he is giving maximum effort the whole game, not giving up till the end of the game.

whoever is brought in as his replacement will not come close to his chance creation I’m pretty confident of that

The defense contribution can’t get worse but yeah there will be a downgrade in that area 100%
Yes, in a player vs player comparison it might be a downgrade. But what’s relevant is if the teams chance creation decreases or increases.
A ”lesser” player that can integrate into the system might mean the teams offense improves, and frankly, this wouldn’t surprise me at all.

Leao is a player that’s hard to read which makes it hard to defend him, but it also makes it hard for his teammates to adjust.
It’s why Spain beat France in the World Cup. France had more star-players, but Spain was more committed to their tactics and structure.

What does he do after that though?

I thought some of his passing last season was very good and not capitalised on but his finishing remains inadequate and too many times he just flopped and acted the fool so wasn't as effective as he should be after this phase.

Sale is asystem player, he aint Dinho or Ozil.
If the system is no existent, Sale is a headless chicken.

Leao is a player that’s hard to read which makes ihard to defend him
False for two seasons now, literally only has the 'cut and run' in his footballing arsenal

Double mark him and he turns from Rafael Leao to Rafail Meow

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
Predictions ? I Just hope the season does not go horribly wrong.

Expectations I have none, I hope it goes well and I am pleasantly surprised by Milan’s oncoming season. One game at a time and fingers crossed 🤞

I don´t think Tomori wants to leave as a free agent, he just doesn´t want to leave period. Which would be fine with me as long as he accepts being a rotational player. His fee is basically paid off and he should be on the growth degree. I´d offer him an extension of 4m pa for 3 years. For that money he is good value.

I have the impression Osorio is in the same style as Soulé in terms of player profile.

Osorio seems more intelligent in the game but Soulé has more references in high-level football.

I don't know if we're going to recruit both or one of the two, but Osorio seems more interesting without injuries.
Osorio is a gamble but one that seems worth it...

It would be good for Milan to recruit young people with high potential again, it worked quite well for them in the past, we have to do that again... We want to see the future Kaka again and not just settle for an ordinary profile like Fofana during a transfer window.
