Again, defenders had nothing to do with it. I don`t see why you insist that such a connection exists.

It doesn`t matter which league he plays in, if he isn`t able to sprint he can`t play professional football. He hasn`t had muscle problems since moving away from Milan Lab, so going to England wouldn`t matter from a fitness standpoint.

you're kidding if you think a physically frail guy going to a more physical league isn't a recipe for disaster.

@musculart injuries. Weather plays a big part. Much easier to pull stuff in freezing temps like italy or england

They've a new coach and he's benched again. His problem is not injuries anymore.

Well I'm not with the intention to troll. Honestly, its a thing to start questioning. Maybe for a while it was injuries, but he had mostly muscular injuries, it shouldn't really have affected him as much.

Such a wasted talent.

His head was never at a right place. Much bigger waste than Saviola. You flew too close to the sun to soon.

:lol::lol:

Was it ever injuries? How fucking dumb can one be?

Muscle injuries shouldn`t affect player`s performance? Again, just how dumb?

He was never a hard working guy, but without bad luck/Milan Lab/whatever (not cocaine though), he would be one of the best strikers in the world now, better than our precious Balo right now and many other as well.

+1000000

he was basically not playing football for two years. the amount of damage this does to the development of a young player cant be described. He couldnt find any rhythm or flow, and hes still struggling to do that.

it was just muscular injuries:fp::fp::fp::fp::fp:

also huge fucking LOL at the video of the three missed chances. Wow, he missed, that NEVER happens to players right? his head must not be in the right place.

How ridiculously stupid. It happens, its about luck sometimes too. What is definitely NOT about luck is how he skips by the defenders in the first chance and the perfect timing of his off the ball runs in the other two. but you need more than a superficial knowledge of the game to notice that.

How could shoving and pushing around have any effect on his muscles? Most of his injuries were sustained when he was sprinting.
I`ll repeat what I said, if he can`t sprint he can`t play football, and if he can sprint in Brazil he can sprint in England as well.

About the cold weather, Italy is a lot colder over the winter than England, England would be okay in that sense as well.

dont think he ever had the brains to be one of the best TBH. not like you need to be a brainiac to be a good CF but concentration wise he looks like he has his head in the clouds way to much

its a damn shame he ended his milan career the way he did. i dont know how much his 22mil pricetag affected the management after he floped but i know everyone would be shocked if the today milan would play a similar price for such a young prospect

maybe that, among other things, is one of the reasons why the club is so conservative and unwilling to make more similar daring deals. it began so, so well.......shame

It is obviously pato's fault for not becoming more of what he is right now; however, that is the influence that Dinho put on him.
