What sent Cristante away was his ego and the club's "we don't force players to stay/move" policy.

I wonder what Ibra and TS have to say about that policy?

They were all on their last year of contract, you dumb fuck! Cristante had 4 fucking years left! This happens to every club, Pogba refused to renew with Man UTD, Rabiot and Coman refused to renew with PSG. Just because they wanted more space.

I see... You actually are ******ed...are you sure that the years were fucked?

Oh really?Yes, I'm fucked with your sister.
He had a contract. He wanted more playing time? He wanted out? Boo hoo! I would tell him to sit his ass down on that bench and wait for his opportunity!Stop being hysterical dude, you are better than this.
Cristante has shown glimpse of brilliance but he also looks far from ready to play consistently against the small sides with seasoned veterans on a weekly basis. He wanted out, unless we abandon everything else we've got going and get significant changes, he was not going to stay. Risk all that for him?
Plus, right now he is sitll an uncertainty, a gamble. It sucks he didn't stay with us but it happens.

Well, they should have made it a bit clearer to Zaccardo, Mexes and co.Management didn't force them to leave, they just made it clear they want them -or Ibra at least - to leave, just like they did with Zaccardo, Mexes, Traore etc. That was enough humiliation for Ibra and TS to agree to part ways, but not for Zaccardo, Mexes, etc.

Oh Zaccardo knows. I think they posted the Biabiany pic in the official site so soon on purpose to add pressure on Zaccardo - make him realize it's going to create huge headlines if he stops the move now and give him a bad name. But Zaccardo is all I don't give a fuck C.R.E.A.M. thug life baby I'm out for dead presidents to represent me.
They aren't going to make it clearer because...well, that policy.
That is one stupid policy. Supposedly Mastour makes an impression in the next few seasons and RM come in with a 5 million offer. And Mastour says 'hell yeah, this is my favorite team, I want to go there right now'. According to that dumb ass policy we should just let him go. Great.
This is exactly how the Cristante situation should have been handled:
