Yup. He's no longer frail and he's improved defensively. Looks more complete now, although still not a CM.

He's probably one of most natural AM's for a 4-3-1-2 out there.

I'm getting tired of hearing playmaker after playmaker rumors ... We don't need another playmaker, we already have Kaka+Honda with Saponara/Birsa as backup ... instead of spending 25 mill for Pastore, we should spend that money for a good defender or midfielder.

Personally, if I was Galliani I'd rather have Strootman or a Benatia+Eriksen than Pastore.

And this is hoping that the hype that we hear about Gabriel is true and that next year he'll be ready, otherwise we'd probably need a new GK soon as well.

I know what you're getting at,and I do agree.

However,Honda is still 50-50 (as much as I hate to think about that) at this stage,Birsa has been solid but it's still hard to gauge how much of an impact/game time he can get. Saponara is a youngster who I expect nothing from, anything he can do is just a bonus. Pastore/Kaka is a good combo, plus it gives us extra top notch cover should Kaka get injured or Honda not end up coming,and if Honda can come, well he's possibly one of the more versatile guys going around so I don't think it's a problem.

All in all I think there's a 1% chance we'll go after AND get Pastore, just figured it was worth more to talk about him then so and so talking about photos of balls, urethra's and such.
