don't really want allegri to leave but with don fabio we could 1-0 our way to the scudetto and CL. :proud:

plus he is one of the only managers that could control the senators and ibra.

We now have a good chance to change manager. Allegri is actually quite good but he lacks respect and gets shy in important matches. There is a lack of continuity in his way of play. He seems to search all the time which makes the players confused.

Still he is a good manager but not good enough for Milan.

Capello is our man!!!!

I will put my thoughts plain and simple:

You guys say it is Allegri's fault.

I ask: Is it his fault that he had a depleted squad from injuries and suspensions to pick from the whole season ? Is it his fault that our medical team is unable to rightly do the job they are asked for ? Is it his fault that the reinforcements he got in January are the names of Mesbah, Muntari and some other shit ? Is it his fault that the referees have denied us more than 8 points this season ? Is it his fault that the defenders and midfielders fuck up here and there to lose one 1 or 3 points ? Is it his fault that Robinho is unable to score with an open goal ? Is it his fault ?

You say he is unable to change the tactics. How can he change the tactics ? With who ? He plays Emanuelson at CAM, you complain. He plays Seedorf at CAM, you complain. Does he have the alternative to play someone else there ? No, because Boateng is constantly injured.

Before you complain, stop, and analyse.

Please :)

You do realize that there are other formations that exist other than the same old 4-3-1-2 right?

One could atleast attempt to alter the formation rather than trying to put square pegs into round holes. That's what I like about him last season - him constantly fiddling around with the formation to suit the players....

me too, but I can see them all willing to take pay cuts to earn 1m-2m and then using their influence to pressure a manager like allegri in to giving them game time.

+ shitty motivation from the squad

+ numerous money leecher senatores who really don't give a shit....

The coach business is to find the best formation to gain the three points in every match and he is also is responsible on the tactic side of the team too.

The last three matches we were beyond pathetic in our playing style and yesterday after coming from good brake we were like dolls in creating chances or even finishing chances.

AL should react fast when he witnessed 30 minutes of BS performance (tactically wise or player careless).

Aqua should start instead from Seedo in the beginning of the Second half.

Change our playing style to 4-4-2 to open wide opportunities and brake the defence wall of Bologna.

Change Ibra in the second third of the second half as he was clearly out of the mode.

Note: Merkel + Strass are available for any MF position.

If Prince is available:-

------------------ABI------------------
--Abate--------SN---TS--------Furby--
----------Boss------------Noce--------
-------Prince----------------Muntari---
---------------------Binho-------------
-----------------Ibra------------------

If we want Cass to enter.

------------------ABI------------------
--Abate--------SN---TS--------Furby--
---------------Boss/Noce--------------
-------Aqua-----------------Muntari---
---------Binho-------------Cass-------
-----------------Ibra------------------

In both cases IBRA should be a STRIKER without any decisive role in the building MF role.

Allegri is a great manager, every time we lose or draw it's ALWAYS Allegri's fault, but when we win, it's always thanks to the players.

I feel sorry for him, yes he gets things wrong sometimes, but what manager doesn't?

He's had to deal with a massive injury crisis, worse than I've ever seen at Milan and he was given shit players in January when it was quite clear that to beat Juve, we had to add some real quality to the midfield, did we? no.

Allegri is an excellent man-manager; although, he does lacks in the tactical aspect. He's managed a lot of volatile personalities in the dressing room with aplomb. Milan have had an excellent season, in my opinion. We pushed arguably the greatest team of our generation, Barcelona, to the wire. Fought relentlessly throughout the season amid poor refereeing decisions, an horrendous injury toll, and, you know, intertwined with a potentially life threatening condition to one of our champions: Cassano. The team looks tired both mentally and physically; it's been a long season, and when you have influential players sitting on the sidelines for large period it is going to complicate matters.

Ash raises a good point:
Allegri is that he is a reactive coach, not a proactive one.

And, I absolutely agree. However, I believe he has surpassed expectations with a weakened squad, and I'm not sure many manager out there could've done a better job given the players at his disposal. He has managed to get the best out of Ibrahimovic, Nocerino, Antonini, and Abate. If you ask me who is to blame, on the most part, I'd say it is Milan's medical department. This is not the first time we've suffered quite a lengthy injury list, and the board need to meticulously revise and assess the situation.

I'm VERY pro-Allegri but it's quite simple what needs to happen.

1. Give the man the players that he asks for to run his system. When he asks for Asamoah, don't give him Muntari. They're not the same.

2. Sack him and find another fool seduced by glory of "Milan"

Dragging him along with retread players and crap performers isn't going to help...it's going to constantly hinder us.

We lost points(and hence scudetto) to Catania, Fio and Bologna, teams that even with injury crises you should beat easily. not to mention our injury crises were at the minimum when we played these teams(btw players who are missing are actually allegri fault for rushing them from injury as in Pato, T.S and Boa), so no excuses, we didn't lose the title playing the likes of Barca, real, Inter, or even napoli we lost to low table teams that any good coach should've done by knowing how to approach the games mental and tactical wise.

ALLEGRI BETWEEN HAMMER & ANVIL Berlusconi & senators against the technical 23/04/2012

The championship is the entry toll motorway to Turin and Milan , hoping that the barrier breaks down and gets up, comes to terms with the mistakes and situations that are slipping away the last goal of the season. And the immediate future that promises peaceful especially Massimiliano Allegri .

Already back from the delicate "quarrel" with Silvio Berlusconi's choices on techniques and tactics, the coach must now reckon with a group that no longer seems totally aligned with him.

The Wrath of Seedorf at the time of replacement with Cassano is the tip of the iceberg of tensions in the group, which for some time gives the impression of not acting in the field in a compact manner.

Sunday, built quite early in the 0-1 Ramirez , was very impressed by the inability of a strong reaction, a unified team that was playing the championship in front of his audience for a Nesta that, socks down, threw before even presenting itself as a winger, Ibrahimovic here is a lazy, strolling, alien to everything and everyone.

Until, by chance, Seedorf has given way to his friend and partner for Cassano: Zlatan, suddenly woke up and almost dragged Milan to a daring and unexpected success.

A sign that even before the game, training decided by Allegri did not like at all, certainly not the hot Swedish.

Some, among other things, has not understood or appreciated the emphasis on Robinho now distant relative of the player who made a decisive contribution to the 2011 championship instead of using a Maxi Lopez , who has always brought something to the danger of attacks Rossoneri, or El Shaarawy, who finished with Bologna is actually in the stands.

The five races remaining, beyond the few remaining hopes tricolor, indicate much about Allegri-team theme. With Berlusconi to look back from a vantage point very close to the team.

Galliani, meanwhile, is the true riverbank of the coach, especially on the presidential election.

The No. 1 Via Turati knows everything, knows the difficult situations (accidents, to begin with) which has found itself having to deal Allegri, known also as possible revolutions on the bench does not correspond to as many revolutions of the market.

The Milan 2012/13 , except for plot twists, will have a lot of adjustments, but do not talk about the new messiah.

The budget said fresh approval under 67 million , a figure that does not allow gestures "love" even all'innamorato Berlusconi.

It will require a manager of a mix of players still important, which is both a managerial wisdom to ideas. And according to Galliani, Allegri is still the right man.

So we are getting 67 Million transfer Budget? + Money if we sell (Robinho, Pato etc.)?

If true, i hope we spend on LB, New GK, 2-3 Midfielders and 1-2 new strikers if (Robinho and Pato leave.)

I'm sure that if given the right squad, Allegri will deliver even more next season. He has all the talent and quality to compete with the biggest teams, he just needs much more depth. Even if we fail to win the Scudetto, he can't take all the blame, even though he did made some bad decisions, but I'm sure we will aim for the treble next season (IF given the right depth).

We arent good enough to do a treble and that was the poor reasoning this year. We went for the Coppa in our most stressful month when we already had injuries and key matches in CL and league coming up.

I don't see a reason why we couldn't go after a treble next year if we get the right players.

We don't really have a good squad so, it's just Allegri and the board to blame.

They should have spend last summer.

And... Emanuelson should be LB, but i really think we should go for Criscito.

Criscito and Emanuelson for LB would be awesome.
