Max has done a fine job imo although,i however, dont agree with his stubborness to refuse to alter formations and tactics. He needs to be more inventive and not stick with the same freaking 4 3 1 2 formation especially when half our team is injured. Also his substitutions can be very sickening to watch, leaves it very late and thats the reason why we did so bad in the last few games although,there were some very queer decisions gone against us but still he should have done better. Overall, though I am pleased with his performance, just win the remaining 5 games without worrying about jube. If we are destined to win scudetto, we will win it this year.

Direct opposite of man utd philosophy where Fergie (for ex) has complete control.

Berlusconi's philosophy has always been 'great football is played by great individual footballers.' 'treat them like kings and let them enjoy their football'

In a sense this philosophy has worked when we've had
a) professional players (no/ron)
b) somewhat experienced players.

This is 1 reason really young players don't succeed at milan. They don't appreciate how good they have it comparative to a vet who's been around the block.

And you can say what you want, about the senators... but really the main ones are all reknown for a good work ethic. Doesn't excuse the complaints. It really doesn't. But ronaldinho-esque they are not.


Leo wanted to completely re-do milan. And to be honest, he did have points.

The only one i disagree with is #5. He's not a doctor. Doesn't mean our staff is great but still, he's not one.

The other one, is patience in market. If he knew the details of milans debt and wages... he should have been first to realize he won't get money for a couple years. you need to lower wage bill first.


That and of course, the way leo handled himself. His selections didn't justify such demands. More than that... Berlusconi's his boss. Berlusconi and Galliani gave him all. Learn to play some office politics. I'm 100% positive Allegri wants more than he gets. He's made his demands to Galliani. But when he didn't get his way he didn't go and lambast his boss to press. When has insulting Silvio EVER worked? You don't get your way that way....

guess we have to wait and see what happens next season. Now that barbara has taken an important role in promoting milan in various markets, maybe our revenue might increase and we will start investing again. Atleast I hope it happens, thats why I wished we had signed either honda or nagatomo cuz the returns from shirt sales etc would have been enormous and we could have recouped a shitload of cash, which would help us to purchase more quality rather than the fodder free players we seem to be interested in. Besides honda is a good player too. Look at park ji from man.utd, that guy them an influx of cash every year, pretty much all asian countries support man.utd because he is in a top team and now imagine if hinda was playong a key role for us, our fanbase would automatically increase and we will obviously generate more revenue.

Well we will never get close to winning Coppa Italia or Champion's league with Allegri, that I can guarantee - he's not a tournament coach. He's not inspiriational/flexible enough to take on big teams (as we've seen this season).
