Striker position is the least of my worries atm. G.Ramos is a good starter and I fully believe in Camarda. Then there is also Santi Gimenez.
Maybe when Gimenez leaves they need to pick up an experienced backup striker, but for now those 3 are enough IMO.
We need to give serious minutes to Camarda, he’s an amazing talent, he can only show this by playing.

I’m more worried by our wingbacks and attacking midfield options.

Agreed on the wingback. I think that’s the most urgent thing but I’m worried they’re going to stay as is there.

And yeah frankly I find it ridiculous that he tried to lecture me on the right way to make a joke about inter.

I don't get why you think I have to be slighted or feel some type of way to observe that in both cases it is just people stating their opinions.

If you think this, that it’s “whatever” why did you respond? It was a dumb joke, I knew it was when I wrote it. I was being facetious about inter, like you wrote earlier. You wrote about elegance and a bunch of things that im not sure have anything to do with an easy joke about inter having a lot of players with thinning hairlines. We aren't in any sort of position to sign a good back up for Ramos.

Our mercato is blocked in many areas, I have to hope Ramos, a returning Santi, alongside Camarda... With Nkunku as an emergency 4th option upfront potentially.

With this Leao Stalemate, you could argue we have a few bodies behind the striker, enough for the roster, if not exactly what we need.

It's glaringly obvious we need to replace Estupinian, bench ChuK as a starter, and find an alternative to Salad.

Even with two starting quality wide players we'd hopefully get a far more efficient team with better setting quality players in 4 positions, over last years starting line up.

I don't see any signings in attack without the sale of Leao and or Santi.

I thought we had cleared this up, that was just an example because objectively you guys do that. I am on board with you on Leao, I wasn’t trying to say any one clique was better or worse but just that I didn’t like how to me, it seems like sides are forming over polarized issues. It was a vague post just meant that I wish the state of this forum was a little different, and I’ve been here long enough to know it ebbs and flows. There are no doubt other examples I could use, I chose you guys because the Leao stuff is prevalent and I felt like I was reading the same convos every day, and again leaf(and maybe a handful of other posters but let’s be real it’s mostly him) were also a big part of that.

If you felt like I was calling you guys out or trying to slight you, then that’s my bad like I said before. But this is also proving my entire point about getting boxed into things for nothing. I will let Smurf speak for himself but from his comments to me over some time, I have the impression he has identified me as part of the Maldini/Leao cult or something. You and I both know I am not, I will call out criticism that I think is over the top but I have made my position on those pretty clear.

After "assessment" he's been found wanting... It's a real shame when we sign players that aren't good enough for the first team, but are too good for Futuro.

He didn't impress me against Celtic, but he'd been here a few weeks and it was an exhibition match... But it was night and day between him and Camarda.

Surely our entire mercato isn't pinned on Leao moving on... Surely, surely RLC and Tomori can fetch £30 million from some EPL team?!!!

Or are this pair too proudy to accept a step down in prestige and play for a mid table team in England?

And Estupinian, the guys an absolute bum, but surely lowering his price, and making it clear he's gone or it's futuro for him, can move him on?

It's all very weird, and I say "weird" despite knowing we have a lot of fodder... Teams still need players for squads, and fodder sells. So I find it weird that we've not sold a single player this summer.
