The actual piece of business is 6-8 friendly matches between the two clubs in America and Asia, which allows the teams to recoup a lot of the money lost from failing to qualify for the UCL. The matches would be throughout the year. Frankly, it's a wise business decision.
At some point we gotta start looking at the footballing part also, not just money wise. I know this is the american way, but having 6 friendlies midweek between seria A game is not quite the best thing, going in some locations who knows where eastern Asia, north america, etc.
Remember, one of the consolation not qualifying for europe competition is that we supposed to concentrate on SA.
