Why don't they fire Furlani, Pioli, Moncada, all the medical staff as well? Get rid rid of all the overhead to invest in players? Maybe just get a super cheap Serie C coach, who Cuntinale can email before every game which players to start?
He probably gets lineup tips from boehly

No...he's a complete and utter idiot who misinterprets the most BASIC things and tries to put words in your mouth in an antagonistic manner. For example, I simply pointed out that by eliminating the fodders we could earn 60m in transfer fees/wage savings to add to the 50m from RedBird giving us 112m to spend on the market which Moncada used to sign half a dozen first teamers previously. I didn't ONCE say that he should blow the entire amount on transfer fees (that would be stupid) but was just making a simple observation. However, this nutter then starts assuming that I'm telling Moncada to spend everything on buying players and expect them to play for free :fp: I then write another post saying EXACTLY the same thing i.e. 60m transfer fees/wage savings plus 50m mercato budget and he incorrectly ASSUMES that I've retracted my previous statement when I haven't said that at all. In fact, I pointed out to him that Moncada usually buys young, overseas talent on cheap wages who benefit from the GdT so the new signings would actually earn far LESS than the likes of Dest, Baka, Origi, Florenzi etc.

Then somebody else makes a valid point about Maldini earning more than double Moncada's wages and how that money can now go towards a new signing like Thuram which is a smart observation. Instead, this clown starts drawing his own insane conclusions saying 'why don't we fire Furlani, Moncada, MilanLab and Pioli and replace them with a Serie C coach?':fp:

But technically if he signs with us and chances his nationality after it doesn't matter. Non-eu rules only apply to players coming to serie a from abroad. We haven't wasted a non eu spot on Messias or Bennacer since they both were playing in Italy before
Is Chukwueeze not a non-EU player coming to Serie A from abroad (if he does come)?
If he had a Spanish passport, then he wouldn't be deemed non-EU, and we could sign another guy from Nationalities outside Europe.

How many games did Florenzi play last season and how old is he? And Calabria, how many games is he out each season to injuries? Just a few factors to consider my good man.
I like kalulu , very much. But we should raise funds for obvious holes. I say if we get ndicka then one of kalulu and calabria should go. If I were the sd then I would definitely sell florenzi , buy one youngster or loan someone experienced and sell one of kalulu and calabria

So we were just a bidding leverage for ndickas agent? I thought Furlani is the shrewdest in the business
4m net is exactly what we were paying Dest for doing absolutely NOTHING. However, offering him a 5 year contract might be a deal-breaker for MF...

Friendly reminder that Piolisimo manufactured AND missed the most huge chances in Italy.

If we finally upgrade CF, CAM, and RW we are going to ride on these fools next season. RABBLE RABBLE!

I expect to see Pioli on Fire next season.
I mean.... there's not going to be any middle ground.

It's either gonna be "Pioli's on Fire" or "Pioli's been fired". :ibralol:

Finish Moneyball & go watch Lock stock and two smoking barrels.
You need a lot of bread when its about movies.

I'm in the process of finishing Succession after watching Moneyball yesterday. Crazy how much movies and shows they make based on our club

[...]

If Maldini was under-performing (the line being blasted out by the club to the press) then I expect a substantial increase in performance. Simple.

I think Furlani and Scaroni both explicitly said it's not about performance or budgets.

"Blasted out by the club", c'mon now

OH wow, like he didn't have people, experienced people, holding his hand.do you think Paulo signed all those players without collaboration with scouting(Moncada) I'm sure Maldini knew who kalulu, Alexis, Theo, Mike, Rafa were before the scouts heard of them.. Please use logic in understanding that without helping hands, Paulo caught on his own nonsense like he had the trust Galliani had from Berlusconi.. This is not That Milan anymore gents. Rub it out and relax.
Yeah, let’s apply the same logic to your statement about Gazidis then. He did everything by himself poor guy

So about N'Dicka...
The lad has played both 3 ATB and 4 ATB formations with Frankfurt.

Wanna know how many games he's won playing 4 ATB? 2 in the past 2 seasons, just... 2. Out of a total of 14 matches.

So if we're bringing him in, are we switching up to a 3 ATB formation? Or what? :ibralol:
Because if we're playing 3 ATB, we sure as hell ain't selling another CB.
Yeah if you ever watch him he does not have the discipline for a 4 back

That's why my first thought was a 3 at the back switch

Lol I guarantee that RedBird don't think so which is why they sacked Maldini + Massara because they realised they could replace them with somebody much better and cheaper internally.

It was just a chance to rub it.
Relax bro.
Sir,

I'd appreciate it if you said "no homo". I feel uncomfortable with you rubbing it and not knowing where I stand

Kind Regards,

Speaking to Sky Sports Italia, Kaka first looked ahead to the Champions League final.

“It’s great to play matches like this, unfortunately there’s no Milan but Merda (paraphrasing) represent Italian football and to see the derby in the semi-final was great.”

He gave his predictions for the clash between Merda and Manchester City at the Ataturk Stadium.

“A match in which anything can happen. City are favourites, but we will see a beautiful game.”

Finally, Kaka was asked about Milan owner Gerry Cardinale’s decision to sack technical director Paolo Maldini, a move that’s caused uproar amongst supporters.

“I’m very sorry. I don’t know what happened, but Paolo is a talismanic figure and has helped Milan so much.”

4M/yr for N'Dicka? Are you basically begging Theo and Maignan to walk away fuming?

Nah, hard pass... 2.5 - 3 max, ok.... 4M you're creating waves for a rotational player.

NEXT
Ndicka is a 30mil player.
They could easily give him 5mil upfront with 3mil/season.
Maybe we were too late.

I think we lost out on Alvarez because... City and Pep, the kid made the right choice for his career. Pep coaches the hell out of his players, he's amazing at improving them.

What do I expect from Moncada? For him to deliver another Enzo, Muani, and Alvarez this summer. High profile free agents that every moron looking up transfermarkt knows don't require you to be prime Galliani to figure out. If we're going to fire our technical director, who has a four year track record of success, then... I want an upgrade.

People are shortening the window of Maldini's success, apparently he was only solely responsible when he hired GP, and last summer, but from 2020-2022 it was everyone else at the club who did the great work, apparently.

What do I expect from Moncada? Well, if I'm supposed to believe in corporate America's ruthless efficiency (which I don't [I'm essentially the inverse of Ron Swanson now that I think about it]) then unless Moncada outperforms Maldini, in the upcoming season, then I think we can safely say that he has not met expectations. However, I do expect time-restricted moves being credited to the new hire that most probably would have done by the old employee anyway, to artificially count towards the "increase" in performance.

I saw a report about the SMS transfer post-Maldini firing, but not the drum-beating over Arna, Berardi, and Pirlo that swirls like a medieval army stirring up smoke and fire to disorient an opposing army.

Maldini isn't talking to the press, while the club is, that much is clear. You want to fire Maldini, because he's getting in your way? Fine. But leave the man alone. That is disgraceful and unnecessary, and worse yet, if you feel the need to do that, then... you'll harm your business in the future with that sort of reputation.

If Maldini was under-performing (the line being blasted out by the club to the press) then I expect a substantial increase in performance. Simple.

The way our club has been behaving with the Maldini incident really stinks. We are a laughing stock and I genuinely feel a bit embarrassed.

Literally seeing Chelsea fans asking Todd Boehly to hire Maldini as an SD in Twitter :(

Makes me sad, even they know how awful we handled this situation.

We could win and cook next season and yes people will forget this, but I won’t forget the lack of respect Maldini received in his sacking

Haha, I feel bad now because coincidentally, when I was thinking about a possible Ndicka arrival today while cooking lunch, I thought who are they going to sell? Kjaer? No one is going to give us even 1M, they'd probably release him for free first. Gabbia? We need him for the lists, and if not, I don't think he has a huge mercato. Kalulu? He definitely has mercato, maybe we can even bag 30M, and it'd be pure plusvalenza. Ndicka fills a spot (huge, left footed) we can definitely use in defense. Kalulu, with Thiaws emergence, is probably not gonna have much space anymore.

So I concluded for myself that it's probably a classic moneyball move who could be worth it.

And now there's this rumor and I think "haha, I knew I'm on something here"
What you described is that you have good sense in your head and the ability to think logically through to the end of a problem. The issue is that many journalist do the same and pass it off as a rumor.
