I miss this guy so much

He didn't even know the rules of the game, but he was the #1 rossonero

Sportiello is not bad. I love Mike but if they can get 70 millions for I'd do it but only on the condition that the money will be used for transfers and not to line Gerry's pockets.
Why would you sell the best keeper in the world? A fan favorite and an absolute badass both in nature and performance?

Everything I've seen of this show looks terrible.
It's too talkie, not much action., I'm more of a Sopranos fan. One thing I learned is that life as a billionaire is not too bad..

Oh I always thought it went "I like being Corporate America's bitch." ;)

you'd sell your most beloved brothers for profit. Football is family. Soccer is business.
Football should be treated like a business not family.
A family on the other hand is The family so brothers are not for sale.
You think Sheva & Kaka felt its a family with Milan ?

I looked up to sheva and kaka like older brothers. Ones that inspired joy and wonder in my eyes. Ones that gave me appreciation for football on a deeper level. Ones that led me to a brotherhood here. that's funny to you? its unfortunate you see it so shallow. It sucked when they left because they had become part of the family.

you treat sport like a business and it loses its soul. which is why american sports in the modern era are soulless and lack everything but a kind of manufactured magic.

Furlani made a statement to Gazetta

June 6 was the day of surprise. The world of football has realized that Milan will continue without the head of the technical area. Furthermore, which will continue with a completely new style and the last line of the press release makes it clear what the two central figures of the new course will be. Stefano Pioli, called American Coach, and Giorgio Furlani, the CEO. "First of all I want to say thank you to Paolo and Ricky and express the gratitude of all Milan collaborators for their significant contribution to the Club in recent years – says Furlani in the Gazzetta -. Paolo was among the greatest players ever and as manager, together with Ricky, he played an important role in achieving our 19 ° championship. Sorry to see them go away". Then the explanation of the decision: "In our club we constantly analyze the most suitable strategies and models to ensure that Milan can continue to progress on and off the pitch, to compete with the leading teams in Europe. The first fundamental element, I always repeat, is, and will remain, football. Precisely with this objective we have decided on an organizational reorganization that leads to the creation of a working group for the technical / sports part". In short, Milan relaunches, promises a future up to par: "Our priority now is to consolidate and strengthen the progress made in recent years, in all the members of the club. Our ambition has not changed, indeed it has strengthened: to be competitive at the top of European football. We are on track, but there is still a lot of work to be done.I hope that our wonderful fans can keep club support intact and constant, and personally I hope to be able to interact with our fans soon, so that they can understand our strategy, to continue together to see Milan grow".
Asshole, you fucking nobody. So Maldini was the one holding from being more competitive?? Maldini was the first one the want that!! Go fuck yourself oh and take that backstabbing baldy with you

I wouldn't but if he's unhappy, doesn't renew and wants to leave than it's better to make a great profit on a sale. I actually don't believe any of our top players will want to go once the dust settles.

I don’t really like this take. So many other fans were jealous of how we gave a farewell tribute to Ibrahimovic. What made Maldini’s crop of players is that we felt like a family, Tonali mentioned that.

Why would we want to ruin that? If having a good environment and a close knit-group where you can actually be motivated perform?

Also do you agree with the way Maldini was sacked? Treating our legend like that was humiliation. Their official statement was so cold and corporate. I hate it.

The human element should always remain

It is not like Theo Mike Leao all players will riot only because of Maldini ffs, they are professional players after all. But now no one in this club is unsellable anymore, this club will not have any pillars. With Maldini in charge no way in hell players like Theo would leave. But now everything is fucking open. And before you guys tell me it is not that bad, it is bad because Gerry will reinvest 1/10 in some random Kalulu in Ligue 1 and sell them when they turn into Leao, the salary cap showed that. We will turn in to a selling club without you guys realizing. He slowly renames our club to Dortmund. No Ibra, no Maldini, no integrity, only mercenaries, atleast Dortmund have a dude like Reus, what do we have?. Even if things go smoothly, we make top 4 every years, the only trophy we could get is "healthy balanced book" trophy. Is this what you want for this prestigious club. There is no single positive thing about this shit.

Franco Ordine, journalist of Il Giornale, explained: "The relationship is cold between Maldini and Pioli? Yes, from what I understand. Above all, I understand that there was a lively meeting between Pioli and Maldini regarding the use of the players who arrived during last summer market".

Of all the people, Maldini got burned by a nobody like Pioli.

Wow

Leao’s official Instagram post was nice and great.

Tonali and Tomori’s were acceptable.

Mike Maignan was unprofessional and wrong, especially with the ? in the ‘I’ letter.

Do I blame him though? I honestly do not. Our icon was fired unexpectedly, it was done cold.

With that said, I really like the way Leao approaches or does things. He’s such an icon. Respect him a lot. He can be one of my favourite players ever tbh

Alpha since day one.
I wanted Kaka & Sheva sold in their prime back in the day when rest of bitches in here were singing we are family.

Sit as you like but talk straight bitch
Last line is a say in Lebanon but i added the bitch
With sheva though. What exactly happened? He was on fire with us. We sold him and then it all fizzled our in Chelsea? Would he still have been just as good for us or was decline clearly visible? I don't recall seeing his ability decline at the time when he was with us. We were all devastated when it happened.

Mike ain't going anywhere. No chance. Maybe for 150 and with written guarantees that it will be invested appropriately for a gk like Allisson or something.

Ideally just no. For once we officially have the best keeper in the world

Hated seeing Rube get zoff and then buffon.

We never really had a world class top tier keeper until now. Donna was world class sort of.
Seb Rossi was? Not sure. Heard he Was great.
Abbiati was average.
Dida had a short prime.

How many times has buffon single handedly kept Rube in the tie. So many saves which helped them win games.

As has been reported by L’Equipe in France (via Get Football News France), the Ligue 1 champions are very serious about getting a deal for Marcus Thuram done quickly.

What a weak statement from these unemployed fools.

Again it’s not that he got fired that was the issue, it’s the way he was fired. But what can I expect from a bunch of morons that booed him in his farewell and fucking low of them to bring up the ‘broken relationship on his farewell’ too. Useless bunch

I just want more respect for Maldini. Let them know that it wasn’t okay to fire him in this manner. Is it too much to ask?

I’m not blind, I can see positives coming out of this, it’s a risky call but I get it. But what isn’t okay is the manner that it was done.

It’s a bummer to think of where we were a little over a year ago when we beat Sass and won the Scudetto.

Almost every single thing since the Scudetto parade has gone wrong.

Berlusconi's helicopter & Galliani's golden tie
We've been trashing bioli all season about his stubborn poor team decisions and freezing out player. Read the match threads this season even his loyalists were like wtf are we watching?!

I myself really was suprised and proud of bioli's use of resources and adaptiveness of the players we had in the seasons during covid and up to the scudetto year.
So it was really confusing and enraging then when this season he was the complete opposite, i thought it came down to arrogance and his limited brain overachieving. However It all makes sense now with the recent updates. This out of depth pos journeyman was really sabotaging our team to go against Maldini🤬
He better soon realise that his head is on the chopping board next, being a yes man to the corporate goons will not save his ass if he continues to lose games to relegation teams. He will be the first one left to rot if fans start questioning ownership

And also da fuck kind off a grown ass man old enough to be a grampa wears as many cringy bracelets like that!? He should be up for review just based on that🫣
