#Milan, for some time now the club has been thinking about the post-Pioli era for next season and at the moment the name that stands out above the others is that of Graham Potter, seen by the Rossoneri as the perfect profile for the technical guidance of a club looking for a real manager. It's not the only name, but the one they like the most.

I have sat just above the dugout for all the games iv been to but there is a big gap to the dugout so you won’t be able to lean over for autographs. But you’ll be able to stand at the railing and see the players all up close which is quite cool too

Do people always forget that Potter had just joined Chelsea (aka manager bump), we had pretty much the entire team out and in one of the games we had a red card like 20 minutes in.

Do people always forget that Potter had just joined Chelsea (aka manager bump), we had pretty much the entire team out and in one of the games we had a red card like 20 minutes in.

The manager bump came a month into his stint at Chelsea then, because that’s when we met them.
Also we had Dest and FBT as our FB’s and Tata in goal other than that our midfield and attack were all starters.

It’s not so much that we lost at Chelsea that bothers me, we did progress further than them after all, but it’s that Chelsea looked awful in every single EPL game they played last season and somehow Pioli made them look like Man City against Burnley.

Top 4 and going into the knockouts in CL? Aren’t we too ambitious for that? And if the goal is same as Pioli, but you’d have to both pay Pioli off and hire this new person, might as well just keep Pioli.

Gallardo seems to be an interesting choice for affordable coaches.

Affordable how?

Guys never been out of South America, let alone experience coaching in Italy. What if he fails the objective? We don’t have to look at the cost of missing out in CL knockouts and money from matches lost like we have to factor in when replacing Pioli? This argument that we can afford to fire Pioli if you just factor in other income lost due to losing, does it not apply to Gallardo or any of these replacements?

If he fails, do we eat the loss and give him one more season or fire him right away. If we fire him right away, we’d be paying both Pioli and his severance. If we give him another season, we risk missing out on more CL money as this guy has never shown he can get top 4 in Serie A.

Italiano's only Serie A experience is Spezia and Fiorentina.

With Fiorentina, he's finished a cool 7th and 8th in his first 2 seasons, currently sitting pretty in 8th this season as well. Whereas Montella finished 4th in his 3 seasons with Fiorentina and was just meh for us. If he has a Montella like stint with us, finishing 6th place for 2 years. What are the costs of missing 2 years of CL for those 2 years?
