I won't listen to anyone suggesting or applauding if we let Theo, Leao, Pulisic or Reijnders go. They're players that we won't be able to replace. If you think it creates money to use, fuck..we can create just as much by selling all the dead wood. I'd rather only sign free agents, if it meant keeping these top players.

For arguments sake, signing just Tete, Tah and Partey as free agents - should easily be enough for top 4. Get rid of Maignan for Milinkovic Savic too.

Milinkovic Savic
Tete Tah Gabbia Theo
Partey-Fofana
Leao Reijnders Pulisic
Gimenez
Tah already signed with Bayern or is at #herewego stage.
Gabbia should be nothing more than a 4th option CB at a club like Milan.
Also...if Roma will really get Klopp..i will honestly rage like never before. I was mocked when i said in this forum why would we not go for Klopp..people saying his salary and stuff like that. Its hard for me to believe Roma will pay him arab money..i bet that for a decent salary he would have accepted to lead a legendary club like Milan and help with the rebuild..but we were too busy going for Lopetegui/Fonseca :proud:

But yeah..Theo Leao Puli and Reij should be kept at any costs.

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
Quite an accomplishment by Gerry and his yes men isn’t it? Turning Milan into a poisoned chalice and it only took them three years.

Thankfully they had a solid plan when it came to signings unlike their predecessors, right ?

I mean Milan will have clubs queuing up to sign all those quality players signed by Furlani, Ibra and Moncada.

Rigggght!

And of course the trio who created this mess are just the guys Milan need to get the club out of it.
If a new SD is appointed the more likely choice or outcome will of course be the “master mind” appointment - of Moncada as SD.

Because the trio have done such a stellar job haven’t they?!

We need to all be on the same page here. I've lost patience. We all should've.
We are too big to get a manager that will need time and patience. To understand the league, country, his players etc.
Fuck that. Conte > Klopp. Go big. Get one last run out of Leao and Theo and let them leave if they so wish, but after getting us back to where we should be.
I'd bet a lot that Roma won't be anywhere near title challenging next season if they get Klopp. In fact, I'd be very surprised they finish top 4. He'll struggle to match this season.

Get one last ride out of Leao and Theo, give Conte a few big names..fuck even De Bruyne might come to play under him.. And go into the season thinking, we'll be pissed off with 2nd. Forget looking at teams like Roma, Fiorentina. Top 4 has to be a bad season.

I don't rate Tah too highly and would avoid him anyway. But it was for arguments sake, that even free agents alone can make us go for a title run. Gabbia is not 4th choice. He's our best CB right now. In a perfect world, he should be our 3rd choice. He should be deputy to a CB like Kjaer. We need an old school leader back there. Kjaer-Tomori worked well - and I credit Kjaer for that.

I couldn't agree more..but here we are a lot of us that with 0 experience in those roles would definetely do a better job than our current management.
We may not have the skills..but we have the passion..they dont really care. They get their fat pay checks..and if they win something here and there so be it..if not .."it is what it is".
I dont think Conte is realistic at this point..as if he wont stay at Napoli..he will probably go to juve. I hate him and i said it before last season (even added to my signature) that i dont want him anywhere near Milan..but now after another disastrous season i would give him a free pass if he can really revive us.
We also have some players that would fit his system like a glove in MM footwork, Theo + Jimenez/Saele as wing back..Tomori with his speed at CB and Thiaw with his technical abilities and the list goes on.

The problem is that i lost all my confidence seeing that our players are realising what a mess this club is at this time..and if some of them leave i dont trust those ******s being able to properly replace them..also this Klopp to Roma news is infuriating for me. I was like..imagine Klopp being close to Milan..what would that mean to those "big names" in our team that are thinking of leaving..but yeah..we will see. This season ends this weekend..and from there would be either a glourious turn around or we will go even deeper in shit.

The management fail in all aspects. They have stopped managing to sign young players, who improve and increase in value.
Considering, I got the impression they were all about brand exposure, building our fanbase and getting more money in through that exposure..I'm suprised they haven't made more signings to allign with that. I didn't think it'd only be Pulisic.. Klopp would've been a typical American move too. Someone even Gerry might've known! Surely his ego would be a little dented seeing Roma get him. Thinking, "why didn't we think of that"...

His ego should say sth like "we didnt get him because i hired morons that would go for Lopetegui all summer just to hire Fonseca afterwards and saying they followed him and he has the style we want to build?"
Cardinale dosent look like a smart bussines man if thats what he claims he is. He looks like a teenager that opened a bussines in a Restaurant..that didnt work for a single day in a restaurant before...dosent know how things work but hired a lot of "competent" people to run it for him.

Tare is a solid choice. He's also a SD who likes to be around the training grounds and talk to the players on a daily base and as an ex-player being a bit of a mentor to them too. A bit like Maldini did. Worked wonders under a dictatorship like Lotitos, knows the league, has a good reputation and is respected.

He's been one of my favorite names since his name came up in the first place. The only thing that's so damn baffling is how long it took for Furlani to finally take a decision when he was there for the taking since months.

Then again, it's Furlani and we know how every decision takes 3 months before they finally take one.

How about the real one?

we have top 2 assist makers in the league (Pulisic and Leao) despite a terrible season

you don't think Tijjani is great?

Mike has had his ups and downs but he's still up there with the best GKs in my opinion
You feel Pulisic, Leao and Reijnders are really great players?

The same Pulisic who can't be relied on and have a habit of disappearing in games? Leao who's now been benched by two coaches? Tiijani is a good player, but that's about it, he still got lots to prove. And a GK who have ups and downs is per definition not among the best GKs since consistency is THE most important quality of a GK.
