Why should we sell RR now? If it was to provide money for a reliable creative midfielder, it makes sense but now? Selling RR when the mercato for Milan has closed benefits nothing to Milan.

I pray that they're laying down the foundations/negotiations for a swap deal for Rabiot in January.

It’s critical not be in red when we are meeting with uefa mid September.

We are currently sitting on -20.

Zielinski will renew his contract with 100m exit clause soon.

His current contract has 60m release clause.

Weird, I said we're going to pay 150 mil for him. Guess he'll be a bargain then.

Damn, hard to keep up. Alright, zielinski it is.

Well, what can I say - playing 4D Chess and staying on the cutting edge like me is not easy.

But don't worry, we're still just in the seed planting phase.

Hype will be in full force come May/June.

How many games Laxalt has played as left fullback? He looks so weak physically.

Yes, the ultimate fake out will be when we convince UEFA that we spend responsibly. Once UEFA is lulled into false sense of security, we get De Bruyne and Griezmann next summer. Foolproof plan.

CM: Gattuso might field Montolivo in Biglia’s spot for the next games.

I knew this would happen. Biglia and Bakayoko making asses out of themselves, now Montolivo is the only option. Let's hope he can make his last season a good one.

Unless RR could try playing as CDM I agree. Maybe can buy a mid in January then.

Why Conte? Why not a coach that plays attractive football and can succeed in Europe? :monto:

I recently read premier league news, before the LIV-BHO match, it said like this: "Liverpool needs to learn to win ugly".
And yeah, they won... ugly.
After that game, I somehow understand, yes sometimes big clubs have to learn about "win ugly".

Well, some of us, idk, like you, wants "attractive" football. Even though it's not so clear what is the criteria of that "attractive". Almost all EPL games are very attractive to watch, I think.. so, what kind of attractive? There's no real standard about it. It's too subjective.

Meanwhile, some of us, like me, what we want is to WIN.
I don't care about what kind of formation the coach use, either it is win ugly or not, we need to WIN.
And yes Conte so far has no Eruopean title, but hey, it's Juve & Chelsea, European title is not in their DNA.
It's too fast talking about winning European title right now. Our objective should be built step by step, we have to win in Italy first.

Come on man, admit it, we will have more winning chance with Conte than Gattuso.
If we not quick, Inter will have him.

Yes, only them, no loans.

This shortening of the transfer window is kinda shit so far to be honest.

Thank you.

I don't think shortening the transfer window is bad for the clubs. The transfer window should be closed before the first game of the season (Serie A). The problem is we just did not have money to buy more players and no CL spot means extremely difficult to attract world class players to come to Milan.

Back to topic, is there any free solid LB?
Why are there no club interested in Marchisio?

Marchisio is probably looking for his last big €€€€ contract, whether it be China/Saudi/MLS whatever.

We could really use Miguel Veloso, he'd bench Montolivo and Biglia.

Most on the free list are injury prone or injured, and/or demanding high wages and/or have a bad attitude. Some haven't played a competitive match in more than a year

I agree that attractive football is subjective and in the end results matter, but to be able to get close - maybe undeserved - wins (vulgo winning ugly) most of the time you have to be able to play well in your style first, so the aim to play good or even attractive football isn´t wrong in my opinion.

At this stage I hope someone signs Conte so we can´t get him anymore and this rumor dies. It´s just a burden for the club at this point.

You´re welcome.

I don´t think having the window open for the first weeks of the league is really a problem, of course it makes life for the clubs a bit easier but is that really a bad thing?

Does anyone ever read news that said a coach was fired because his team doesn't play attractive football?

Passing the ball in your own half isn't dictating the play.

:lol::lol::lol:

Some of the comments for our second goal would make u believe we were the reincarnation of Argentina 2006 :lol:

Bona did not put a foot wrong in the whole game. Be objective.

Higsy was on for a run at goal in the second half... But as usual fodavenrura wanted a couple of extra touches :fp:

RR was more than serviceable against Napoli. Sure I don’t like his style too much but the amount of times we put him under pressure and he did well to not fuck up was good and he seemed to try get involved more.

The biggest problem for him was having Borini on the same side as him, they were too similar with their touches which caused congestion. I highly doubt we will be selling RR now unless the offer is absolutely stupid, I hope he stays I think he can have a much improved year this season.

I'll take cheesio for a pay as you play contract.

We can probably trade him for khedira next year when juve need to cut more wages after signing Pogba.
