Next season when Ladri will play CL, we will see if they still can press that much, unless they get doping from Dr. Agricola again...

The age of Dottore Agricola is over. Now is the age of magic plasma healers and Doctor Eufemiano Fuentes. It has all become part of the game.

What we can do for the remaining 6 games is to hoping Milan will continue earning 3 points and Juve will finally slip. Of course I want us to bag the 19th scudetto but this Juventus team is still up and running and has proved themselves to be more than just a phony challenger who will only fail at the last hurdle like what Napoli did nowadays.

We expected them to lost some points when they entered the supposedly hard phase by facing Fiorentina, Inter, Napoli, Palermo and Lazio. All tough and hard teams, especially Napoli and Lazio. But lo and behold, Juve streamrolled their way past those teams and managed to score 14 goals and conceded only 1. Before they play those 5 teams, how many of us were thinking "Now, they will surely lose some points here" only to utter a grumpy disappointment while accusing the refs and the opposing team as crap and giving it easy to Juve.

Now they will enter a seemingly easier road with Cesena, Roma, Novarra, Lecce, Cagliari and Atalanta. Cesena, Lecce and Novarra are in the relegation zone while Atalanta seemed to content by staying in the mid table with European competition seemed out of reach while already safe from relegation. Almost the same case with Cagliari. We can only expect them to lose points vs Roma, one of the most inconsistent team this season who can give you Jekyl and Hyde performance week in and week out.

My point is, they are now in a better and more favorable position to win the table. Not because of the 1 point lead but also because they will face easier team. We still need to face Inter and coupled with our injuries and recent inconsistencies, one draw out of the 6 remaining games is enough to giftwrap the Scudetto to Juve.

While I agree to most of what you've said, I think Juve having easier games is a blessing in disguise for Milan. Everyone knows how Juve have struggled against minnows. It's no surprise that our 5-game winning streak has come against such opponents like Fiorentina, Inter, Napoli and Lazio. I don't think that the scudetto winner has been decided yet. Anything can happen in these last 6 matches. Teams can might as well bend over for you guys while putting up a fight against us. You could eventually end up winning too.

We've all to play for in these final games. Let's see what happens.

I was hoping that Novara and Cesena would have something to play for, when those games come around for Juventus. Sadly, they are almost certainly relegated. Hard to see a bottom Serie A team play for pride, really.

You guys do have an easy run.

But we still struggle against such teams. Perhaps if Conte can really change the team's mentality in these final games, we might win em all. But considering our away form, and that these are minnows we're playing, you guys can still keep your hopes up.

I hope Milan does the Spanish practice of offering 'suitcases'. Incentives given by large teams to small teams to play well, even when they've nothing to play for.

If that or something else can make Novara and Cesena play with passion, then we have a chance. If not, we don't.

I'm absolutely certain that if we in all the remaining 6 games we'll win the 19th. % of them must be done easily, and the Derby will be a nail-biter.

Juve will have either one or two draws, and 4 wins at least.

I hope Milan play with dignity and won't resort to such tactics to get ahead. If they did, then this scudetto will be worse than the paper scudetto the black n blue pieces of turd have in their cupboard.

The suitcase thing is illegal in Italy, last time Genoa went straight from promotion from Serie B to A, to Serie C1 instead....

And in the end it will all come down to the Muntari goal not given, and yet another dubious scudetto assigned to the champions of theft....

I see no wrong in suitcases. Giving an award for a win... nothing wrong with that.

You are simply going by the law of averages. Which does not take 'momentum' into consideration. Juventus has momentum right now.

What's wrong with it? You are offering an extra incentive to someone to perform better. It's legally and morally fine.

To be fairly honest the chance of Juve doing such thing is much more.

Really??

But why? I get it that offering money to a player or a team to throw the game away is shit and should be sanctioned.

But an award for a win?! :conf:

Naah. We'll trash those bastards badly that LE will be fired. :D

Ummm DOH!

It can also come down to all those penalties not given to us that could've turned many of our draws into wins, and thus making these final few games a mere formality.

Two can play this game, my red and blue friend. ;)

Ummm it's none of your business dictating a teams performance other than your own.

Morally fine? You got a twisted sense of morality, dost!

To be fairly honest the chance of Juve doing such thing is much more.

Any team with money to spare has a "chance" of doing it. Even Milan. Doesn't mean everyone will do it.

Seriously in Spain that is allowed?

From the days of economic hubs and bustles of florence and rome the Spanish have taken over italy in doing business as well. :fp:

Very common practice in La Liga. And there's nothing wrong with it. Motivates players to perform well. Ensures there's no stroll in the park for big teams towards the end of the campaign, and thus takes away order of fixture effect from determining the champions. Keeps everything interesting for the fans as well.

Soft penalties? ***** please...

They both hold equal value cos if they were given, it would've resulted in a win for both teams. But the main point is that you're talking about ONE goal against Juve not given. We got several valid penalties not given to us. Those refs robbed us of wins just as much as the ref who didn't award the Muntari goal.

I reckon Pirlo wouldnt have the time if Marchisio/Vidal wernt there

They are two monsters who run everywhere and creat huge spaces for Pirlo, then they help him out when they are on defence

If you took them out Pirlo would be rather useless

Much like Pirlo without Rino

Hes just too exposed and his sissy/lack of defensive backbone is showen up

Sure he works himself into space well, really well actually, he is very good at holding the ball under pressure. But without those sorts of players around him.........added bonus is that they can both score.

Juves midfield is easily the best in Serie A

This point has been beaten to the death around here. I don't see what's wrong in this tactic of juve. Unlike our pussy players who get injured while farting, pirlo can count on Marchisio and Vidal being there to help him out every fucking game. There is no point in saying pirlo would suck without marchiso and vidal and they would be brainless monkeys without him. They are not milan, all of them are gonna be on the pitch at the same time so the point of analysing what happens when one plays without the other is redundant

Juve should have had a few penalties, but teams should have had pens against them.

Milan have been cheated out of 2 goals which crossed the line, a goal which was not offside and another game where 2 absolutely terrible offside decisions cost us a win. Plus, we have had like 3/4 games where penalties weren't given.

Bad decisions against Milan > Bad decisions against Juve.

We've had more and yet you complain.

Let's say it is 3 pens like you just said. That gives is 6 points extra, whereas for the Muntari goal, you get 2 extra and we get 1 taken away because we'd have lost that game. That still leaves us with a good 4 point gap between us. Now stop whining.

We've had our share of valid goals not given for false-offside calls too. We can count them just as much as you would and make a case for being cheated against. These 3/4 penalties that weren't given to you get cancelled out for all the non-existent penalties your players earn by diving.

Bad decisions are bad decisions regardless of who's at the receiving end. Claiming that decisions against you hold greater value is just pathetic!

We complaining? The last time I checked, it was Milan who put up a Photoshopped pic on their website, and a pic of the Muntari goal with 'UNACCEPTABLE' written on it. Not to mention Allegri whining about it like a trained parrot.
