25 games thingy: starter (no matter how many minutes played) counts as 1 game, subbing in (no matter how many minutes played) counts as a half game. (And I figure he subs in rather than starting these days because Milan doesn't want to buy him.)

I think that it works like this:

Plays from start to finish - 1
Plays from 1' to 75' - 0.5
Plays from 75' to 90' - 0.5

So anything other than a full game is 0.5 or 0 depending on whether he plays at all.

If he's at 23 now, then we could sub him into the remaining games and he still wouldn't qualify.
