leave milan to a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 and we shall become a real team again. Well, unless constant and zapata play, then we are fucked.
G thanks but it's time to go
Thanks for what? He built one lucky/fluky Scudetto squad and has otherwise run the club into the ground since taking over as President of Football Operations.
He is as incompetent as they come. Under his leadership, Milan has been surpassed by Napoli, Roma, and Inter. AND Milan, once the most feared club in European competition, is literally the butt of every imaginable joke throughout Europe.
i sort of understood the decision to not sack allegri because it will cost them money to buy him out of his contract but surely anyone who studied maths at school will understand it will cost much more to loose CL football next season.
i don't understand, why haven't they taken action? whats wrong with them there is absolutely no way this situation would happen at another top club in the world.
The problem is it will cost money to get rid of Allegri and who are they going to hire. Although I have to question some of Allegri's decision this season we have a poor team. The future is bleak for Milan unless some money is invested in decent players.
no, no. he wears a yellow tie clear sign of a man that knows what hes doing![]()
Give me Porto's management, Napoli's management, Spurs' management, etc. with Milan's budget and you're looking at a scary team.
Mein neger!![]()

Dude has a fashion sense of a hermit and he lives in Milan![]()
See, here's where I have a problem. Milan spend A LOT of money every year, which is almost on par with the other top clubs. Milan pays more than average on wages, more than average on other expenditures, and is pretty much on par with other clubs in the 4-9 range on revenue. The problem is simply that the money is allocated SO poorly that all hell breaks loose.
There is ZERO reason why Milan can't have a lean 26 man squad with extra bodies from primavera in a pinch. We have redundant players on bad contracts. Take Traore' for instance, who is a fair microcosm of everything wrong with Milan. Management claimed that they were taking a risk on him and weren't sure what they were getting. Okay, that's reasonable, big risk big reward, but his wages were increased 600% on his transfer here. Take a risk on him, but don't make him impossible to move. Hell, get creative with that contract and front load it in the event he blows and needs to be moved.
With competent management, scouts, and coaches, this club can be great on a lean budget. It's easy to claim that we can spend our way out of this issue, but spending money just to spend money is stupid. Give me Porto's management, Napoli's management, Spurs' management, etc. with Milan's budget and you're looking at a scary team.
i ve mentioned that 1000000 times but people tend to forget .some good words or a flashy transfer and its all gone as he is the best CEO of every ccorporation on this world.when actuallyis at least last 10 years a poor CEO.he is a good negotiator but not the god he tends to present himself.....first 10-15 years he had vast amounts of money t back up his plans and later on he just go for already wanna go out situation of players....
if we must sack someont to begin something good at milan the first one should bethen BERLU and after them coach or anyone else.......sell now and remove power from galliani's hands
Milan's budget? hahahah Milan doesn't have a budget. It's real, we have to face facts. A team with a working budget doesn't sell the best defender in the world and worse still, NOT invest the money in buying quality players. Instead we go for Silvestre et co.
Galliani's blaming the referee for the loss: "I won't go on about those two obvious penalties, but I think we deserve an apology and an explanation from the referee before we can close this chapter.
I'm starting to get really annoyed with these ridiculous, living-in-denial, excuses. Why are there no protests from fans in Italy? Do they buy this crap? The worst thing that can happen to a club is when it's fans stop caring. Burn some seats or newspapers at San Siro at the very least.
