I really hope he gets the job... I'd rather have Pippo than Seedorf. If Pippo does a good job, it's likely that he'll continue next season.

Ya i caught that which is why I posted what I did initially about pipo celebrating with his players. I would be interesting to hear allegri's reasoning behind this.

There's something about leadership allegri is missing if he thinks it's ok to not be part of the celebration of accomplishment.

I guess more than that observation, I want milan to have something to fight and bleed for. Mourinho, SAF, Conte have all built a culture where every person is focused and passionate. Their players have a vision they can rally around which is created by the coach and in turn the players act and speak as if the coach is the person they are fighting for along with each other.

I'd love to interview allegri. Definitely quirky in my eyes. I am hoping pipo brings back the fire/vision if he is named coach tomorrow.
