Because that's not possible (also Galliani wouldn't do it anyway).

1. It's not allowed to buy 50% of players anymore. It's only allowed to renew co-ownerships that already exist for another year before the deadline in June 2015. Therefore it's impossible to sign him even theoretical.

2. Sassuolo and Juve are as close to each other as Genoa and Milan are. They make some shaddy deals by the way. Sassuolo is owned by Mapei and therefore pretty rich for a team of their size. They bought Zaza's other 50% for 7,5 millions which is way too much & huge for a relegation team.

3. Juve and Sassuolo already have agreed that Juve has an option to buy Berardi for 13 millions next year in order to own him completely.

I suspect they are doing what City and Chelsea (or even Roma with us) have done in the past... buying potential targets of competitors even though theres no special need for such players. Its a strategy to win by making your opponents weak.
