He really do have some hormone imbalance like he mentioned in his retirement, he gained weight again after cutting down his fat last year . He was something else as a striker , he was a great and willing passer too, usually the freak goal scorers don't/won't assist others

Messi and Ronaldo were inspired by the real Ronaldo Fenomeno, pretty much like every footballer of this generation. he was unique, didnt even need half the effort both of them put into being top players to be that.

Dont give a shit about him trying to do something effortlessly. In the end results matter, he never delivered in UCL unlike the aforementioned duo. They also have better numbers overall in comparison. Injuries messed up his career , not my problem. C.ronaldo and messi >>> fatfuck in terms of statistics, consistency, longevity and end product. As for him winning two world cups, well those accolades dont carry as much weight cause he played for the best team in the world at the time. You do realize that messi runs the least in his team yet he has more impact on the game than any other player in comparison. I hate that pipsqueak but he is probably in contention for the GOAT award. Perhaps fatty was better than c.ronaldo but definitely not messi.

Can't really put UCL on Ron, imo.

His inter teams never were good enough.

And by time he moved to madrid, team was declining. His performances were overall good when fit, even in latter madrid years, but that team had a bunch of older names more than quality.

Zidane, Figo, Ronaldo, etc. sounds awesome. But when it's flanked by awful defenses and fact the first two showed clear decline yea

oh yes, Perez selling makelele because he's not a youtube highlights player :proud: although that guy that made a busquets video could easily make a makelele one.

and now RM sold di maria and xabi alonso, 2 of their key players for the CL win for kroos and product of the hype machine james rodriguez

the fall of RM (Galacticos Part II) will be beautiful :b:

Looool #thatyouare13attack. Bitch please. Last thing i want to hear is some advice from a person who rates robinho above ribery and thinks balo is the best young player in the world. Stop looking at names, i would even say suarez > fatfuck. Even if fatty was great, he was never consistent enough in club football due to injuries. What he was able to do despite putting the least amount of effort is all fine but in the end trophies matter. He won 1 league title lol, that simply isnt good enough.

He is great but he still massively underachieved. Not worth comparing with messi who imo is a much better player. Suarez can be compared with ronaldo. Look at his stats. Dont keep jerking off to big names lol. Suarez played for a pathetic liverpool side, yet he managed to make them competitive and nearly won the league for them last year in what was probably the toughest league to win last season especially when u have cash rich clubs like man city who have reserve players capable of starting in the top 5 teams atm. Look at the way suatez played for his country in the last world cup, he dragged them all the way to the semi finals with a pretty mediocre uruguay side. Suarez is a greatttttt player.
u guys are way too biased and arent being objective at all lol. Always with same old 'past players were the greatest' notion. Clearly the game is much faster now with better fitness, training, equipment, diet etc and there are a better bunch offensive players compared to the past eras where only a few stood out. There is more depth now, lot of teams actually have top quality offensive players. They may not be in the all time great category but they are still great players nevertheless. There is a dearth of quality defenders right now. Conversely, the quality in the attacking department has increased monumentally in the modern era. Not great names but they are simply better fits overall for their respective teams, where each individual possess a certain attribute of the game that contributes immensely for their teams'success. Restricted tasks but they are just as productive

You still comparing Suarez to Ronaldo? :fp: Welcome to my ignore list.

Ronaldo beats Suarez in everything football related. Stats these days are inflated and the quality of defenders is on the floor.

Well i could just counter by saying that the quality of offensive players is a lot better now compared to the past eras. Whatever dude, u have seen them all play, i will take ur word for it.

Ronaldo didn't play in the 60s ffs

Just put him on the ignore list. 99% of what he says is utter BS.

Ronaldo could do everything Suarez did PLUS he had demonic speed and strength. There are players who make a whole career out of having just one or two of his qualities.

Ronaldo had so much ability that he got by on most of his career with a fraction of them

1) When he left Holland....he simply didn't BOTHER to score goals with his head....to the point where he became quite shit at them. Most have the misconception that he wasn't good in the air.....this isn't actually accurate. I have a collection of all his club goals and he was quite good at Cruzerio and PSV

2) After his 1999 injury he lost full use of his right foot. Thereafter he would not be able to fully fold in his right foot. The injury was so bad that his career (even ability to walk) was cast into doubt....this was AFTER he won the World Player of the Year (TWICE). Yet without being the speed demon he was he still became the top scorer at the World Cup and the Golden Boot.

A diminished Ronaldo left to go to Real Madrid and won shit there. Then he came here etc etc.

That's cute...you bashing the golden era of football because you're jealous you missed it
Wake me up when Messi and Suarez win a World Cup lol

And teams actually play way slower now than they did in the early 2000s
Just compare some CL Matches between the two...current CL Matches play at Snail's Pace compared to back then
