Maybe he will be a backup for SES? Or even shifted to the right wing? If he's able to cover a lot of ground then that could be pretty handy having both of them doing defensive work.

Edit: Still can't see Honda being moved from RW though. Inzaghi seems pretty content with 4-3-3.

Inzaghi said he want wingers who can score 10+ goals, Bonaventura is not a player who can score a lot of goals, maybe 5 goals per season, he will play in Saponara's role in midfield. Also Milan got Bonaventura because Cristante left.

Its a bit depressing what is happening to italian football

Hull City spent more money than Milan, Inter and Napoli combined

Its a bit depressing italian giants cant afford 15 million players that they need while tiny English clubs do it easily

Irrelevant.

They could have spent £100m on Titus Bramble while we get Messi for free.

No, they just said they will "try" to get him in January.

Yep, they changed their claims and now say we will try to buy him in january, as he's out of contract in 2015. The negotiations must be advanced to claim these things.

No financial details have been released but McVitie's joins the likes of Hotpoint, Huawei, Toyo Tires, Izi Play and Frecciarossa in Milan's premium sponsor roster, the third tier of six in Milan's commercial structure.

A biscuit company. Didn't Barbara mentioned that the club is looking for mega sponsor from Arab's & wanted to ditch this small tier sponsorship?

MR and his crew are usually an entertaining bunch, but don't believe any bullshit they spew about Cristante not being good enough.

But he wasn't. Not yet anyways.

We basically swapped Cristante for a light year's better Bonaventura.

Just wait til he gets strapped into a competent team like Milan. He's going to be so good. so, so good.

Let's be clear on one thing.

Cristante was nothing short of HIGHLY IMPRESSIVE every time he featured for Milan, including this entire preseason. The kid is incredibly gifted and plays very intelligent football for his age. He has a brilliant future ahead of him.

We lost a huge talent for a measly 6M. If he insisted on being sold, I can't blame Galliani (but it's hard to know the truth).

We otherwise did very well in the transfer market.

MR and his crew are usually an entertaining bunch, but don't believe any bullshit they spew about Cristante not being good enough.

If he insisted on being sold I STILL blame Galliani...Of course he's going to insist when he sees old and young fodder get more playing time ahead of him

Many denial
Much :fp::fp::fp::fp:

You'd have a point if Italian football actually got quality players in comparison to the EPL. This isn't the case. Actually more talented players left (cerci) and few players with at least his level came in.

Yeah the brits are $plashing all over the place but it is for high profile players.
The EPL just got Falcao and ADM...who did Serie A get?

Galliani mentioned in the Torres Press Conference, that he hopes Cristante will help Milan in the future.

Well in this case you have to blame Pippo, not G, as G isn't making the decisions whos making it in the start-up line, is he? :)

While Pippo has most of the say, coaches still face significant pressure to play certain players.

Torres is such a nice guy, refreshing to see nice ppl in Milan after the Balotelli Boateng Constant spell. Hopefully get rid of Muntari , Niang and Mexes soon.

Galliani and the Rossoneri market, "Van Ginkel negotiations more difficult, Bonaventura had to go to the other team in Milan but ..."

Adriano Galliani, this alongside Fernando Torres during his presentation at Casa Milan, has analyzed the market as of the last day of the Rossoneri: "The most difficult task? That van Ginkel because it took us a few days. Before we gave the ultimatum then we took off saying he joked. It is not true that he did not want to come here, just that he thought he was a holder of Chelsea. Mourinho has realized that coming here would do him good. How I convinced? I bombarded with Fernando de Jong and who continued to talk to him. Bonaventura was really something unusual, I thought until 19.30 in the exchange-Biabiany Zaccardo. Stir everything we had the idea Bonaventure, he was already in Milan because he had to go the other way. There were president, prosecutor and all the necessary people and we closed without telling your doctor visits, our doctor, however, had already spoken with those of Atalanta. "

"I'm bored of brainwashed sheep living in denial; without Calciopoli, Inter wouldn't have won a Scudetto since 1989. Our policy doesn't work, as our recent failing have shown. Yet you all defend it, like it's the way towards a prosperous Inter. That Juventus team that was 'fixing games' had 8 players in the World Cup final of 2006; was Moggi fixing International games as well? That team was captained by Cannavaro, a player we swapped for Fabian Carini 2 years earlier. Another element of that cheating Juventus team was Ibrahimovic, a player who practically won us 3 Scudetti single handedly before his sale financed the signings of Sneijder, Milito, Motta, Eto'o and Lucio.
Factoring all of that in, if you still believe we didn't win Scudetti before then because Moggi fixed games then you may as well give up now."

And its not likely to change soon. The new head of the FIGC just said the main problem with italian football is foreigners (not dilapidated stadiums, lack of B teams, poor marketing etc)

His number 2 I saw somewhere has a priority of opposing wealthy foreign ownership of clubs

Its so sad to see this once great league in this state without much hope of a turn around anytime soon

Italy needs a big tournament

a few years back there was a war. It was ugly. Between forza inter and RnB.

There is an unspoken rule. Just PM me and I'll give you the info you need to bypass the ban.

Inter has a better team than us?? Midfield is definitely better. Not attack thats for sure. As for their Defense, i dont know if they are better overall. Dodo seems promising, but jonathan is terrible.

Inter's offense is horrendous. I would put money on Inter drawing the most matches this season.
