I think he also gives youth a real chance.
Donnarumma , Calabria , Ely . Maybe we see Locatelli and other Primavera products too. He also likes Niang . It's a progressive mentality.

He also gives all the members an even chance to play until they fuck it up for themselves.
Zapata until Napoli debacle, Lopez until Torino error , De Jong until Monto took his place.Nocerino for 45mins at the start of the season, which is 40 mins more than I would try him for.Honda in his favourite position until he did nothing.

I'm still waiting for Suso and Jose Mauri to get their chance but I think they're gonna get it.

Suso will be hard in a 4-3-3 since he's more an AM than a winger, if he plays, he'll probably be like Bonaventura that tends to go towards center. Wouldn't mind him playing however at our current point, the two most important things now are to solidify the team play, understanding between players and get points. Once those are done, we can try more things.

Trying to make too many experiments at once will only ruin things.
