Ronaldo fans questioning their faith and the meaning of life.

😂 Man, I saw an Ivorian Ronaldo fan filming himself crying. Grown fucking man.
I immediately saw @leaf

I laughed, was embarrassed , got uncomfortable and was stunned at the same time.

His words:

“It’s destiny. There is absolutely nothing more to say.
He will remain the same to us, whatever happens.
[Choke crying]
The media won in the end.
[chokes up again]
They did everything to destroy his image.
But it’s ok.”

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
This is 100% on Tata. He has no business attempting this pass. Even if Adli receives the ball, he has nothing to do with it. His body position and direction of movement would not allow him to do anything decent. Best case scenario he just protects the ball waiting for someone to show up and try a pass but this is in question as the position is not easy at all. Adli is not even trying to receive the ball, his movement is solely in order to stretch Assanal players' formation and allow more space in the center.

Tata made the first and ultimately biggest fuckup. But Adli could have saved the situation with more aggression or faster thinking. I think that part is on Adli.
Mostly on Tata but Adli could have made a greater effort to retrieve the ball. He gave up a little too soon. But hey it’s only a friendly and Adli had a positive effect in attacking play. Hopefully he grows in confidence from here and works on the tracking back too.

samardzic is going to be top player.
Has that shoot and passing uhhh.
Lazar Samardzic, former player of RB Leipzig, was contacted before by AC Milan. He explained in an interview his decision to not join AC Milan. Here are his words:
We came to Milan with the whole family. We talked to Paolo Maldini, but I didn’t feel like having an experience in a big city at that time. Barcelona came to my house instead. With Patrick Kluivert. But I chose Leipzig, it was an hour from home. And it was a good choice.”

Interesting. We were keen a while back and Gazzetta Dello Sport link us with him again today.

A Man and a Sportsman a true champion! Who consoled players on the losing side. And celebrated with his team. Even if they had lost he would have shown respect to his team mates and the winning side. 👇

A Child (who cried and stormed off the pitch after losing) who has no respect for his own team mates, the winning side, for anyone! even after they got to the quarter finals after beating Switzerland 6-1 he sulked because he wasn't the centre of attention. A captain ?, a leader ? none of the above! he has no sense of sportsmanship only self vanity and self praise - good riddance be gone petulant child. 👇

I have watched a (german) documentary on the RB Leipzig academy once and while their facilities are to a high standards they do cater to a certain kind of player and mentality and all is very system-player oriented. So for me what he said would be a red flag and it is probably good that he went there.

Who do you guys think will be the veteran defender to sub Kjaer in the near future?

Leao's situation is getting worse. At this point i'd prefer to cash in than lose him for free. If we can use that 100 m for quality CB (Bremer) CM (Amrabat/de paul) and LW (Mudryk), that would be nice. Maybe Ziyech on loan too

He shows some flashes but he can’t score. I hope he comes through given cdk is in depression. Adli is in jail
I would love if Pioli try Adli in CM and CDK as CF. He played as striker in previous club IIRC

Kjaer is done.

Despite his "impressive" stats on paper. He will be there to close out games against little shitty sides like Spezia, Cremonese, or Monza. But against quality sides, we need a replacement.
I agree, but apparently we gonna have this 'mentors' in the squad, dispite their physical condiction.

Kjaer playing 3-4 more years on his current level is not unrealistic imo, of course at this point there is always the possibility of an injury forcing his retirement but a CB doing well up to 36-37 years of age is not that rare either

You mean he's on his way to becoming a mascot like Ibra?

I agree. But we absolutely will need another CB at latest next summer

But yes it seems they had already made that determination with Botman. Also curious why Thiaw was again playing RB yesterday instead of some time in the center.

Kjaer clearly doesnt have physical condition, a veteran will probably arrive to fill that exactly space.. probably a fellow 1 or 2 years younger than Simon.

I mean, they wouldnt be sub him with Gvardiol for example, but with the likes to Alderweireld, Lovren, Vida, maybe a guy with the experience of Varane in his early 30's.

Kjaer is coming back from injury but the conditioning will be built up again. I don't see a big problem with it, since he joined us Kjaer is getting treated like someone who is 5 years older than he actually is.

Lovren or Vida are the same age as Kjaer and Kjaer is imo better or at least on the same level.
