I guess once Massara is officially sacked and Moncada official SD, they'll start to talk to the players and staff. No way this happens before the official announcements. I expect (or hope) that this is gonna happen in the next 24-48 hours max. Timing is crucial, the team is slowly waking up from their shock and understandably upset. thinking players will ask out because of this is a bit dramatic, but it's normal they'd feel strongly about it since he wasnt just a management guy, he went to practices often and was actively around them, offering advice etc many players have said this in interviews

what this will affect is the "loyalty" aspect of it. if a player was on the fence about a renewal, feeling like you're part of a community instead of just doing a job plays part in that. you cant expect to be shown loyalty back when this is how they treat the most loyal mf there is
