Why would you hate his name?

Imagine when we beat inter/juve 0-1 with a Buongiorno header and they head to work next day and everybody greets them.."buongiorno"
EPIC

On other note..how would Terraciano-Good Morning-Tom-Choo Choo defensive line would do?

Conte is such a great coach... A gobbo and an Interisti to boot. What more could you want.

He's so excellent, he even managed to get knocked out of the Champions League with Tottenham against the worst version of Pioli.

Conte is really outstanding.

If Pioli wins EL or Scudetto not extending him would be a farce.

If he ends up 2nd or 3rd with good results and has a decent run in EL he should at least get his last year on his contract to show what he can do with a squad with more chemistry and a different summer preparation. It is not like the replacements are Ancelotti or Klopp. Neither Conte nor Motta guarantee more across competitions.
Get this nonsense somewhere else fanboy

You have to give credit where credit is due. Despite Giroud's age and limitations athletically on the field, he still produces. It's not always pretty and can be frustrating watching him move slowly on the pitch and watch him be non-existent for 95% of the match, but he still produces. Power to him.

Green being best
Orange being 2nd
Red worst

Pretty bad reading for RLC.

Still think Cristante would've been smart business but now he's signed a contract until 2027. Home grown, seems to have improved a bit over the last year or two. Not a limited player - definitely an upgrade in terms of defensive contributions but has a good pass on him too. Unless we get rid of RLC - there really isn't much use having him, Musah and Pobega - so if we are forced to let a homegrown player go - then Cristante can come and help in that respect.

Even with that massive injury - Kjaer and his experience is proving important lately - having someone like that in the midfield might be a big help. Someone barking orders and stopping anyone dropping their levels.

Kessie's contract is until 2026 - they only spent 15 mil euro - not sure what his levels are like these days - but just bring him home too.

Kessie - Bennacer - Reijnders - subs: Musah - Adli - RLC
We gotta stop talking about Kessie and move on, please!

Pobega as a make weight for another Italian based midfielder makes sense. We don't need to worry so much about lists with the emergence of some primavera players for the "lists".

I guess we need to see what the next guy wants from our midfielders, but surely a more defensively capable player makes sense.

Cristante I don't think is an option? Other than being homegrown, what has been the basis of any links?

Pobega as a part of a deal for Ricci or Ferguson has some weight I'd say, as It represents an opportunity to move a player on a replace him with a player accustomed to the league perhaps.

Ben's reintegration will be a factor on things I'd imagine as well.

Say we picked up Ricci, he alongside Ben and Musah for 2 players in the engine room, for me that's decent enough cover and determination to dominate most of serie a... Without the need for a true DM, perhaps.

Folk keep talking about buying a DM but not many names are mentioned that excite me.

If we don't get a player that does most of the defensive work in the middle, can we not look at 2 players offering cover but also more?

With Bose getting the Spanish archer. Made me remember when a certain Scouting Guru wanted to sign Dybala and got me thinking imagine Dybala under Pioli's training methods. 🤔 How much time would of he missed? Under Bose he got hurt every 6th match.

I fear Origi may be the gift that keeps on giving.

By giving I mean staying. By gift I mean a turd at your doorstep.

He earns too much for lower italian teams, like Caldara, is Premier League or bust for Origi

Saw replay match against roma with Suma's commentary. After USA USA chant every time after pulisic goal, I was hoping he would go Allahu Akbar after Adli's goal. I was disappointed.

Just on Vranckx-how's he doing?
700 or so minutes for Wolfsburg. Seems like they have him in a more defensive role.

Was genuinely hoping there would be legs to the rumor we were gonna swap him with Rebic but Rebic turned out to be €0 + bonuses so there’s that.

If Wolfsburg are interested in Salad or FBT, we should go again he’s only 21

I feel like this Buongiorno guy is no better then Gabbia. If we flipped and put Gabbia in Torino and Buongiorno here, people would be willing to spend 20m for Gabbia and ignore Buongiorno. Typical "grass is greener on the other side" situation here.

If he needs a hair transplant send him to Turkey.

Or do what Arsenal did and just buyout the contract. Or give him a Bobby Bonilla type deal. Basically pay the rest of his contract Iver x amount of years just so he can fuck off.

Buongiorno has a left foot which means the defence has balance. Which equals double what Gabbia brings.
