Roger Federer is the GOAT
the only time I’ll say injuries are gone is when I see little injuries during the October-December period

Thats why i asked.
I think going full tilt attack, when you're only down 1-0 is an unnecessary risk. We got torn apart through the middle against them, and yet we're going to sacrifice that even more?

I wish he'd play like we did against Napoli last year. I wish he did it more often. Or use a mid block with your defense like against PSG, but he only did that when we won, he used his stupid suicidal high line in the first game and we got slapped up.

Pioli still thinks the 4-2-4 works, 4 years after it stopped
This looks more like a 415. It's absurd.

Is Reijnders the best midfielder we’ve had since the banter era began?

Before people bring up Hakan, I’m talking about their performances for us

Kessie was also trash in the Scudetto year except for the last few games
Kebab man cannot polish the shoes of Reijnders and prime Kessie (I agree he was shit in 60% of the time tho)
Bonaventura counts?

Our problem is internal more than how to counter tactic our rivals.
Our structure rather if its defensive or offensive is broken regardless of our formation or tactic.

If we don't win against Roma, they need to remove Pioli's scudetto tattoo and get him a hair transplant.

Our list of creaty mids since banter era has been depressing

The next name I thought of was Montolivo

The others are all grade A fodders. My brain has wiped my memories of the banter era
Montolivo was actually a large part of banter era :monto:

Tonali scudetto year was good.
Really really good like Leao in the later half when we were on that scudetto hunt. If it was deers we would have qualified for cl that year.

I like deers but his impact is not much yet, he has so much potential though. He is like a useless gerrard without goal scoring skills and ancelotti

Tonali was very good in the Scudetto year but he's just a workhorse with no end product

The attack in the Scudetto year was so stale because the midfield was so one-dimensional. Having someone like Reijnders in there would have been a massive boost

Maybe it's just my personal bias but I've always preferred midfielders who are elite ball winners and/or chance creators. Tonali falls somewhere in the middle with gaps in both phases

It's freeing isn't it?

Kessie the previous year was the best before the first lady decided everything.
Kessie was so good that season he settled into that double pivot shielding when Theo rampaged.

Calabria was amazing and when we bought Tomori everything seemed like fitting in place. Hakan started scoring and he was working so hard. Very fluent team when rebic tried to play.

That was when bin naseer was the greatest midfielder in universe while being the third best in starting line up. We were top of the table in winter break then conte’s machine with lukaku started firing.

Oh forgot zlatan was a very instrumental because he could head and bully and act as another number 10. Top jersey too.

Reijnders if he becomes more influential will be the best but currently he goes missing way too much.

Adli impacts matches more than he does.

I don’t know how to reply to this man. I don’t care much about tonali since he was sold.

I think I can replay that Hellas game in my mind from beginning to end.

I want to say this. Adli if has one more physical dimension could be a great player but out of all our midfielders he has that aggressive instinct.

Deers I like him a lot he has so many good to great things which supports all three layers but if he doesn’t improve it will be end of him. Him with rlc finishing will be insane. Modern football and useless strikers means midfielders need to score.
