Who had Atalanta possibly winning a European trophy before Milan this decade?Putting our best midfielder on the bench in what was one of the most important games of the season is just moronic. And those of you that are "too good for the EL"....give me a break. This club needs titles. It's pathetic to think of ourselves as a big club yet we've won 4 trophies in 15+ years.

Yep. Embarrassment. And to lose like this to THAT Roma team???? This is insane. If they confirm Pioli after all this bullshit, then this management has NO ambition. Our last 4 games played against italian teams in Europe= 4 losses, 6 goals condeded and 1 scored.
This is a disgrace.
I could honestly be convinced that Pioli has been reading RNB the last 2 years and this was a final fuck you to his haters. It's funny saying that we don't have quality or that managers don't change things when we just lost to Roma, twice, after they changed their manager.
We used to smack them around.
What changed?
It was the players who made the plan for Calabria to be a CM? Musah to be a RWB? Reijnders to be benched? Theo to stay back, Calabria to roam free, Gabbia galloping forward as he pleased?
Give me a break. Deflecting about players and their effort when Pioli is being consistently shown to be a stubborn moron who doesn't even use the things he used to do well.
Napoli in the CL was such a smart approach, why not use it again? Why?
I think our players tried hard, it didn't work, but they ran, they were committed in the tackle, the plan was just horrific.
Carlo puts his players in the position to succeed. Part of that is temperament and people skills, and it seems Pioli has that, but the other side is tactical.
He was down 1-0 not 4-0 and he went with a terrible game plan that made it seem like if he didn't score in the first 5 minutes we'd die. There was no need to do what he did.
You can talk about transfers, Bennacer, Maldini, deflect as much as you want. Roma is not City. It's not even Inter. But he finds a way to make other teams look impressive despite having quality in his squad.
He doesn't have a DM? Inter play with Hakan, Mkhi, and Barella as their CMs. They are well drilled and his team defends as a unit, like Real, like Bayer, like fucking Bologna who rely on Salesmaekers lol.
Today was the ultimate Pioli flourish. Our best midfielder arguably this season is on the bench. Is he using Musah to protect Theo and Leao's side like he did against PSG? Nope. Calabria as a CM with Musah RWB slash RM, leaving Gabbia isolated.
Today was so plainly about tactics, I genuinely don't understand how you can talk about squad quality when Bove and El Sharaawy were there. Celik, Mancini, and Smalling are suddenly world beaters?
Pioli has been wasting the players at his disposal for the last two years.
Pioli is terrible and should get the fuck out but you also need to realize that our players are not the level you think they are. Not sure how long it would take you to finally acknowledge this simple reality. It's funny saying that we don't have quality or that managers don't change things when we just lost to Roma, twice, after they changed their manager.

Don’t hold your breath lolIs Fraudoli gone? Or we waiting for the Cherry on top, another humiliation from inter? im done with Meelan games until Fraudoli leaves
Did you ask what the product in mind was? For all you know, they might have meant produce disastrous results.Where are the people that last summer said give Pioli the keys and he will produce? Where are you? Come show yourselves!!!
Have you and leaf ever metI have to agree - earlier on in the season I thought it was Theo just being lazy / not caring and that both sides were to take turns doing what Calabria was doing on the right.
But the last few matches reinforces that only the right is to play like that no matter if its Calabria of Florenzi. That begs the question, if it was going to be so pronounced today why not drop Calabria and play Adli or Reijnders. Adli and Reijnders instead of Bennacer and Calabria from the start if Musah was just going to run around.
I dunno about want but Adli certainly gets first dibsLet’s say…
just humor me here
someone on the team wanted to kill Pioli
who would that be?
Would it be more ironic if it were SKI dunno about want but Adli certainly gets first dibs
But he (Pioli) takes TOO MUCH of the blame and the players and management not enough is my point.I understand what you are saying. Like messi or ronaldo. But we dont have that level of talent thats why coaching is important.
Current manegement's mistake is still having him as our manager. It's not like they can't fire him.
we don't even have a guy that can take over a game to get us pass Roma. (never mind the chip)

Roma have better players then us dude, and a better coachRoma sucks we lost against a much weaker squad, Bove, El Shaarawy, Svilar, Llorente. Lukaku and Dybala were out before the first half was over. We sure have holes in the squad still we have to beat Roma
how many did he won with Milan, Madrid, Bayern and Chelsea ?If coaches win titles how many trophies did Ancelotti win with Parma, Everton and Napoli?
