We will hire another low cost coach with no experience whatsoever and who never won anything in their career, so I'd expect someone like Fonseca or Lopetegui, hell maybe Abate himself.

8 out of those 8 coaches haven't been appointed by the current owners, mind you. Heck, not even the current managers.

Also, the majority of those coaches arrived when Milan was an utter shit show and no serious people wanted the job to begin with, so the candidates desperate enough to take over were basically reduced to, well, low cost coaches with no experience whatsoever and who never won anything in their career.
