Napoli played half as many games as Inter this season. Conte has zero excuses to choke the title. And yet he’s already been back at ranting last night about how the tight schedule is draining his team, how the pressure is getting to him, how empty he feels, and how he’s just trying to crawl to the finish line.

Also in Berluconi's (early) era, the cost of bringing a football club success was way more manageable. With current sportswashing entities like Saudi, it's almost impossible for local entrepreneurs to fund a club to international success. Especially in Italy.

Cardinale lives in the US, has stakes in baseball clubs, american football clubs, hollywood studios and who knows what more. Owning Milan is probably just portfolio diversification for him, maybe a favor for some business partner or who knows. What's apparent is that he does not care about Milan, it's just one of many investments on the other side of the world.

Gasperini won’t come it seems and de zerbi I don’t know he may need a lot of time to build the team and we really really don’t have that. We need a scudetto next season and seriously it is doable in this league. Especially with one comp. Zero excuses.
