Xhaka : "I haven't played everywhere yet. As a result, every now and then you think about it. At the moment, however, these thoughts are very far away. I have my family and my management who take care of these things. Do I already have an offer on the table? I don't know that".

Marotta and Ausilio knew since April that Inzaghi was leaving. But Allegri had already signed with AC Milan since March (we said so) and they set their sights on Fabregas right away, not just since Tuesday. He tried unsuccessfully to free himself. In the end, with little budget, only Chivu remained.

Funny how the all knowing journalists in Italy knew that Allegri was going to join Napoli once Conte had signed with Juve.

Who said anything about that?
If they sell Fofana and Pavlo now I wouldn't even bat an eye
They seemed good at first but disappointed later
Most I would give them is one season to prove themselves and that's it
Could have had Khepran for dirt cheap
And kone
But no

it's going to be phenomenal to see how much better most of our players perform next season, with the rotten apples gone from the lockeroom, smart purchases, and a full offseason with a high-level coach.

I'm sure you lot were saying this last season but go off

Were people here under the impression that Fonseca was a "high level coach"? Sounds like an intellectual problem.

We're comparing apples to oranges w Fonseca and Allegri

Lets deconstruct what you said

-Better players performing? What players like Tiji and Tonali which we sold?

-Unsure which rotten apples you are referring to, if anyone is rotten it's management

-Smart Purchases? Like Musah, Chuku, Royal? Or this season so far relying on a 40 year old Modric or potentially some more B2B merchants

-Pretty sure you guys were saying Fonseca is a master tactician who just needs a big break.

Only thing I will give credit for is at least Tare and Allegri are not completely stupid appointments, are they the best no but anything that makes sense under this management will look positive x10 given their track reccord.

Tomori has been told by Milan that he is unlikely to be a starter under Allegri. Several Premier League clubs are vying for him: Tottenham, Newcastle, Everton, Crystal Palace and West Ham are all interested in him (TBRFootball)

Allegri

Chivu Inter
Juric Atalanta

both going for lesser coaches who will carry on their previous systems

I feel like both might not finish top 4 unless they make some transfers

you add on the cwc tax for Inter and it's gonna be a brutal season for them

What do you guys make of this? It’s hard to understand if it’s solely the club doing this for contract reasons and or form reasons along with the fact Allegri may not want them fully in the team. I think if we get the right prices it’s fine but I would rather have tried to keep Reijnders imagine how much better he could have been with modric but it seems the offer from city was too tempting

Get Vuskovic for Tomori. It’s a gamble but might just pay off.

Appearently Gatti wants out at Juve, if Allegri has a good relationship with him, which is not unlikely, that would be interesting.

I think it’s very obvious both wanted out a year ago or much more money. When looking at their performance club was right not paying them.

What filters from Milanello is both should have been leaders instead both sucked massively. Send them to transfer block. We need to change the team.

Both have been declining for 30 months with three different coaches. So it’s not the club nor the coaches. It’s themselves.

Probably bc they got Juric as a manager after being linked with Motta and Palladino.

Juric got fired most recently from Southampton.
I think the Atalanta era is over, replaced by Como. Moving from Gasp to Juric, if true, is one of the biggest downgrades in calcio history. Juric play the ugliest and most boring football, perennial loser, hated by his players.
