This might be the greatest documentary I have ever watched. Edges Civil war by little bit. Haunts me every-time I try to rewatch it.

Lot of characters perished since - aids, green river killer got one, stabbing, shot ... at last rat made it out and owns tow truck companay and a house with 6 kids and grandkids.

Earnhardt (4x1h at amazon prime iirc) - great to dive into iconic characters you know nothing about. Main question about this was access provided by family and i feel it reached the best outcome. Sad that tragedy (feels like) adds to quality of doc but still - it is what it is. American icon.

Operation Dark Phone: Murder By Text (4x50min channel4?) is riveting. Its about the encrypted phones the state actors got their bugs in at the start of covid. They caught some big fish here locally and there were international stories but this here was absolute bomb. Multiple (kinda)* unexpected places it goes if you havent read much about it then its best. (Putting insinuations under spoiler) Overall style is kinda low budget and with re-enactments so you'd think its everyday slop but with the weight of the messages and scenarios its like prestige tv.
