I don't think they'll guarantee a better team next season. They need to spend about as much to guarantee equally good players. You can't get anyone as good as Kvara or Osimhen for less then 150m, and you'll have to convince them to play for Napoli. Most superstars don't want to go there. You can try, but it's a risk as always. I'm also 100% sure they won't reinvest everything into the market. They've been running at a loss for about 3 or 4 years now, they usually run at a small profit. ADL will want to pay himself back. If he's smart (and he is) he'll also be looking to sell the club at this high water mark.

( I don’t remember that at all but I was told it happened).

In fairness to Maldini he wanted to.

We can crtiicise him for the players he eventually picked but prior to that he wanted to make the quality jump and wasnt allowed to.

I blame the owners FIRST. But Maldini deserves blame too for what he did with our limited budget.

Also CDK was definitely one of the players he thought was going to bring about that “quality jump” but so far we’ve seen nothing of the sort. Definitely not blameless.

So these are your best options.

Unless it is klopp, I don’t see any guarentee this team will be better with coach change. For now , in the middle of the season, 20 days to cl qf and just nearly 10 games remaining in the league even getting klopp tomorrrow and firing pioli will be very illogical decision.

Newcoming coach will teach leao how to shoot, will make salad / salah, will bench tonali and Bennacer and put de Bruyne from the bench.

We have a weak squad, we had worse than terrible summer transfer. We have limited options. Our only striker 37 years old giroud. We don’t have top 8 serie a level right wing, we have brain fart leao as our only attacking option, we have cdk who can’t score even if he plays against u15 team.

So we should fire who made this team champion , who beat contes ass 10 days ago and bring primadonna conte, who won in easiest conditions and even in a slightest trouble run away, makes sense

The replacement was CDK, they believed that the Tonali-Bennacer tandem was the way to go and Krunic-Pobega are enough for depth so they decided to reinforce the CAM position with CDK but you know how that has turned out so far. Trust me, if CDK is slaying right now, we wouldn't be talking about Kessie or his direct replacement. They had a plan, it didn't work.

Of course it goes without saying. MMM are responsible for some poor signings in particular replacing Kessie but the players too are responsible as is Pioli in how he has managed some of them. If a player signs for Milan they have to deliver it’s not a holiday.

I would also say some of those poor signings could have been avoided had the takeover not taken forever! and RedBird had offered MMM the sufficient funds to replace key players/re-enforce key areas.

As you say Donna who ? Mike was a master stroke by MMM and others will prove to be as well. It is not purely down to the Sd’s there are a number of different factors that led to some of the unfortunate but required signings. I haven’t given up on some but will be delighted to see some players move on a.s.a.p

I’m fairly confident but of course can’t confirm the troubles us keyboard managers see have been discussed by the people who actually count and work for Milan.

See out the season back the team and we will find out what happens in the summer. Endless whining will change nothing.

True first seasons can be difficult even for more seasoned players. Leao, Tonali, Bennacer and others hardly lit the place up in their debut season for Milan.

A lot was expected of CDK at 35M but in the market as it is there are far more expensive and disappointing signings out there for other clubs. If CDK works great if not that is the gamble you take with a lot signings. Hype is nothing if the player can’t back it up.

I would also add Pioli has not handled CDK or Adli very well at all.
