Low expectation of defenders? I have constantly said that Oddo is shit this season and Janku is not consistant. We all know what i think of Kaladze as i have highlighted his quality during the argument with madtherchot in the Heinze thread. So thats 3 defenders out of 4. Maldini is not longer a regular because of his fitness issue. You have been a Milan management basher for a couple of years now so do you really expect them to change 3-4 players in the defence or change the goalkeeper which has cost us so much and have been a highlight in almost all article's highlighting our shortcomings? The problems have to be taken care step by step starting with the goal-keeper.

U said I have low expectation 4 GK coz I don’t blame Dida 4 getting a goal from the his side so I answered that u 2 must have low expectation 4 defenders since they let Cruz control + walk + shoot.

He was to blame for both goals and so was our defence. Im not clearing the defence, i just thought he should take the blame. a young talent is not good enough to play in milan unless he has the quality like other young players we had in the past like Kaka, Pirlo, etc when they were able to break into the squad. Gourcuff will get his chance if he works harder and shows glimpse of his potential+how far he can do and not just put in average+poor performance when he gets the chance.

There's nothing like winning the CL. But I just don't like us, as the europeans champions, struglling to even make it to the top four. It bugs me. If we could be consistent in the Serie A and win the CL would be perfect, but that recently seems to be too much to ask.

I think it would all depend on how many points behind the Scudetto winners we finish.

IMO finishing fourth 3 points behind the Champs is better than finishing second 14 points back.

But finishing fifth 4 or or 14 points back is out of the question...we're freakin MILAN!!!
