At the age of 22 what was pippo doing

come on at this stage of career pato is clearly ahead of the curve you cant see him :o

Half of his career was prone by injury :o

I dont know about future ... :o

He being Brasilian alone make him a better footballer by default.

Bandwagon cruising

Your time Alexandre! If he can't make it next to Ibra (more or less every partner he ever had had some of their most prolific seasons playing next to him) then who's he gonna make it next to?

Pato at this stage in his career is a player optimal for a three striker system with wingers, or as a spearhead. If he can stay injuryfree that is, but by the looks of it he's already gotten injured in training again. What are the odds he'll actually stay injuryfree for the entire season?

Cassano, if he stays, will be the man expected to lead your team. And if not, it will naturally progress to that because he's the most talented and decisive player left.

Amazing how much faith some people put in a player for a little bit of talent but very little return. Reminds me of what Inter fans used to do to Recoba to be honest. Suit yourselves though, it's your heartache.

When will you realize that if Silva had said no, he'd still be here?...

... Does Pato have to be the scapegoat for everything bad?

Good to see someone sticking up for Pato. Pato showed heart for turning down the transfer when he was faced with the same decision as Silva. I'm sorry but i'd rather have a player who chose the team and fans over anything else.

You see a lot of faith on him?

I actually think overall people are really disappointed with him.

Dont worry.

Pato will finally become all that everyone hoped next season.

He will replace Ibra by not only breaking Ibras recordhaul of 35 goals.. He will do one better and break Gunnar Nordahls old record and become the best scorer Milan has ever had....

Yeah..

So bitter...

 @ all the Ibra fanboys obviously wanting Milan to fuck up badly next season and Pato's injuries to continue.

While I am Pato supporter, I'm almost sure that if he knew Thiago Silva was leaving and all the senatores were out the door with the team taking a big step back in ambition then he would have gone too.

not everyone.

I was continuing Sage's text. If he wants Pato to stay and even become our captain, then he should want Ibra gone, which he didn't. Otherwise it wouldn't make much sense since Pato-Ibra will never work.

I don't really have much faith in Pato(to stay fit) and don't think he alone deserves a fair chance(by getting rid of Ibra), but I'm of the opinion SES, Pato and Binho are much better than they look when playing with Ibra and have together with Cassano a great chance of forming a much better attack than we ever had with Ibra. I wanted Ibra sold to give all of them fair chances.

This season all of our forward line(Ibra less) have to raise their overall standards. Really big shoe to fill as they cannot rely on Ibra's goal scoring and playmaking. But I have high hopes for Pato and SES.

Stage is set, situation is perfect, it is time to show what you are really made off.
Best of luck.....:)

They will, because now

A) will have more minutes on pitch. I mean you realize that without Ibra we still will be playing with 11 players.

B) they will be trusted more and will have more freedom.

Ibra's departure is Pato's chance to grow and become truly great.

Pato is a fragile little boy, and think the size of Ibra's personality worked against him. He became insecure and uncomfortable. It has nothing to do with whether they liked eachother or not, they just seem like such different personalities. From different planets.

If he stays fit this could be an awesome season for Pato.

I'm more worried about Cassano. I love him and he's amazing. But he's lazy. He needs motivation or someone to kick his but on a daily basis. Does he have that now?

I disagree, I believe Pato could have learned From Ibra, but unfortunately he was trying to maintain his sanity...

Pato would do good if he becomes half the player ibra is. How about you just shut the fuck up until pato actually proves his worth. :o

Pato is overrated man. I have said it countless times.

No where near Ibra.

yes and no. Instead, I would like him to get an ounce of the passion with what Pippo played plus (ok) half of the technique of what Ibra has.

tonight reminded me of patos electricity. Those little bursts where he can leave players for dead is such a great thing to watch.
With someone playing him in on goal to run behind defenders, he should score.

I seriously think the combo SES, pato, robinho will have magic, fact breaks and plenty of youtube moments that we will love.

A good occasion for him with this head . But this Brazilian team is boring , Neymar , Hulk , Lucas Moura are too much personnal . I really want to see a duo with Pato and Leandro , I think the Brazil can score more with this configuration .
For Pato I hope he has finished with all this injuries , now with Ibra at PSG maybe he can more relax . Good luck for this new season .
