I never said that he doesn't take cocaine. I said that the charge of him taking cocaine without evidence is baseless.

The burden of proof is on the one making the accusation not on the one rejecting it. Making serious accusations about people, especially with things involving drug use is called SLANDER and LIBEL and can be dealt with via criminal prosecution.

Rejecting accusations from someone who has no fucking proof whatsoever is perfectly normal, acceptable behaviour. So no senatore and I aren't in the same boat. You have to also consider the credibility of the one bringing the charge...If, for instance, the one bringing forward the charge(s) is a known and admitted substance abuser, his/her charges would be taken infinitely less seriously

well thanks. i work full time and am the mom of a 3 year old...so my time spent online is limited

that said, i do visit here almost every weekday. i read/post on the fourms while i'm at work, so you can just imagine what a terrible person i am in real life

Senatore has in recent times also insinuated that SES takes drugs because it's all part and parcel of the club life. Is this ok as well? To use an extreme example what if someone was to suggest that someone within our Milan family was a child molester....because of some random anecdotal piece of evidence is this ok? It is after all just an internet forum and it is "just someone's opinion".

Such accusations would rightly be offensive simply because of their serious nature....and the implications that come with it. He spent months...fucking MONTHS implying or outright stating that:

1) he was too doped up to play
2) he wasn't actually injured but getting rehab (he even mentioned some insider source that told him this)
3)Pato's injuries weren't serious and barely painful if they even existed.

I personally don't think it's ok to just post serious accusatory shit (drug possession = felony) that you cannot prove no matter where you post it....but that's just me.

You are very much mistaken.
My calling Allegri "shit" "noob" and "charlatan" are all descriptive adjectives based on my opinion. Opinions assessing performance are always going to be subjective. People call each other "fake" and "shit" all the time...and even at the highest levels minus the profanity.

Saying that someone uses drugs is an accusation which is completely different from a description. Further going on to insist you have proof that someone is a drug user when you in fact have jack shit it slander and libel.

Hence I can use the description that someone is shit all the time anywhere without fear of a slander charge. President Obama was well within his rights to call Kanye a "jackass" because it was a description, in Mr. Obama's opinion of Mr. West. Kanye, however, could have even sued the president himself were he to insinuate or state that Kanye was
1) using drugs
2) in rehab for drugs
3) unable to rap properly due to drug use.

^ because the above is an accusation.

what we read/post here is public and anyone browsing the internet and stumbles upon this website can read it.

posting an opinion such as "it think pato snorted cocaine. i think it affected his performance at milan. pato is a jerk. i heard pato has 6 toes on his left foot" are acceptable in my opinion on this forum - they may or may not be true and frankly pato doesn't care (cause rumor has it he doesn't check the R&B forums as often as he used to)

posting pato's actual phone number, address and credit card numbers (if someone had them) would be wrong - pato would probably care

Again I'm not the one that posted the accusation. And I have never posted or falsely claimed to have information to prove something. Never. I dare you to find anything to prove your point.

I have said that ppl are shit, I have said that I thought players didn't care etc etc. I never accused someone of something, claiming that I had hard evidence of it somewhere.

I posted thousands of posts about P!rlo not giving a shit about Milan. That was my opinion. But only with his book could I have said my opinion was justified. If I had said I have insider information that P!rlo doesn't give a rat's ass about Milan...then this opinion becomes something more serious - an accusation.

Again an opinion can be proven to be false without penalty. An accusation requires at minimum an apology.

Also the nature of certain opinions requires more justification. You can call someone an idiot and get away with it....but if you were to post that someone was a paedophille/murderer/terrorist etc without SOLID evidence, then you'd rightly get banned not only from here but from practically anywhere.
