If sheva goes to Chelsea then he will just be joining the ranks of other football mercenaries who unfortunately have flooded throughout the game. Chelsea are a club with no history, only 3 league titles in over 100 years, never won the European Cup/Champions League (in fact have never even made the final), have a small fanbase, and are basically built on foundations made of sand owing to a crooked Russian Oligarch who could and will one day pull his money out of Chelsea and leave behind a god awful mess. Meantime Sheva is at a club: AC Milan, who have a rich history and tradition, a global fanbase, a fantastic roll of honours in terms of trophies won in Italy and in Europe and a club whose fans are passiontate, real (not glory hunting, small minded idiots) and who worship him as a player. Sheva could end his careers in Milan as a real legend who will never be forgotten and will go down in folklore, or he can be greedy and go to Chelsea as a so called better life choice and become another football mercenary. Clubs like Chelsea and players (possibly like Sheva) who make decisions such as these rather than show any loyalty to the fans who put them where they are by paying to watch them are killing the game of football and it has to stop, NOW!

I am very sure that if Sheva goes he might think it's a good move for him, but I believe it is the wrong move and he will end up regretting it!

Well said..when I hear education and stuff like that I laugh, you're gonna tell me a millionaire like Sheva can't get the education he wants for his kids living in Milan..my god!! If HE leaves it's because HE wants to leave, nothing more...and I don't blame him, I would do the same in his position! He has won everything, he gave in 100% to Milan for several years and now there come a time when everybody wants a change in life..good for him! It's like when someone has been doing the same job for a long time, at one point you wanna change and do something different with your career whether it be in engineering, in advertizing, in politics, in tv or even in football..it's just normal.
