Dont know who you're referring to, but I'm not a Noce hater...anymore.
I do think he should improve though, not necessarily offensively and defensively, but at least one of them. If Monto is gonna be our main anchor then it's a must for him to improve defensively to become a starter..except maybe in games against shit opponents like Olimpia.

I wouldn't say I'm on the noce bandwagon, but he has convinced me with some of his qualities, and I agree that he needs to improve on his defensive phase, I'm happy with his attacking contribution.

i dont think his passing is bad. but don't expect everyone of our midfielders to be passmasters. if you want that, just watch barcelona. nocerino just needs to work on his defensive part of the game if he is to truly be the heir of gattuso and the no. 8. his game is a simple one and he reads the game well when going forward. just needs to be better in the tackle and possession.

I really like Nocerino but yesterday I saw that he just doesnt have a natural ability to tackle which is something I would like to see him work on. His passing is good enough, but tackling we need a pitbull to replace Gattuso, I think Nocerino has it in him but he must believe it
