My point is not that he shouldn't have played against Barca, instead Milan should have found a replacement WAY long ago because he can't do shit anymore.

This attachment to an aging midfielder is pathetic for a team like Milan. The "family" concept is B.S. Players and teams need to move on and all teams, even Milan are not families...

I'm hearing some whispers that Seedorf is being considered as a replacement for Max. Thoughts on this? Personally I don't think it is a terrible idea. He knows the club well, has the respect of the other players, he's always calm and classy. I would love to see him coach the primavera side for a season to see how he does. Hes just way too passive and diplomatic to be a coach for a big club. It takes diciplin and a bit of a bastard to be able to handle big stars. Just look at Ferguson, Mourinho, Capello and you´ll know what i mean. He can be fine as a assistance coach though.

But i wouldnt mind if Maldini and Seedorf teams up .. that would be a massive big ass of a staff
