it's very easy to create unrest in the locker room, especially when that's exactly what you want to do. after that even players not involved take sides based on affinities and the job is done.
and that was galliani sole goal in life since the first day Seedorf arrived...

Pippo had a job Offer in January for Sassuolo (iirc) and he was considering it ... after talking to Galliani he decided to stay... logically, what on earth made him stay other than "you'll be the first team coach in june" ?
and gallani knew exactly how he would proceed.

what did Seedorf do?

Bench Abate? Abate put max 10 good crosses in the past 5 years.
and as horrible of a defender Bonera is ... the defense was MUCH more stable when he was put on as a right back.

not playing DES as left back? i too would have liked that...he is the coach and that's his choice...and he got some results without that....unless it was a failure you can't fault him at that. for what i care he could have played Gabriel as a center forward and if results came in, the worst thing you could do is call him "crazy" (with a smile)

substituting / benching Montolivo? he was one of the top under performer last season. Why can't he be benched?

we have the same problem as the whole italian football system has...there are shit that do not work, but people simply don't want to change...worst some people like galliani work HARD to perpetuate those bad systems.

and for that you need as much nose browners as possible in key position... as someone said, they are in high demand in Italy ... Barbara asked for the club to be restructured like a real organization with competent people at each position...the word "competent" would mean galliani will just be a empty figure at milan...he'd rather save him than Milan.

director of footbal Sean Sogliano refused to be Gallianis "waiter". of course galliani would have never appoint a stand up man in milan staff...he went and got another puppet.
menez meeting pippo and galliani in ibiza was he there? 2-3 meetings with berlusconi at arcore to discuss transfer...how many of them did he attend? What does he do?
