I hope we dont let him go no matter what he makes this striking stable complete, he will get his opportunities :o we have balotelli

dont hate Pazzini the guy, i hate Pazzini the player... i don't think he possesses any unique qualities.... all of his qualities exist in other strikers we already have.... holding the ball? check, we have strikers that do that... finishing? he actually hasn't shown that he has that at Milan, it has been very poor this year... putting pressure on the defense? check, all our strikers do that too.... being a nuisance to oppositions defense? check we got that too....penalty taker? we got Balo now.... and on top of all these qualities, the other strikers have finish, dribble, shooting, assisting, potential to improve from what they currently are.

I just think he is not good enough to be our squad player because he has nothing that we don't already have... do u see what I mean? cashing in on him, or swapping him with a player who can be useful to us is much more useful. I think we are even better off using one of our youth bombers (Beretta, Comi) is his spot in the squad. I say squad because we already have Balotelli for that position, but we need a striker who has something different to come off the bench and offer something new, an alternative solution when the opposition have Balotelli figured out for that game.

Almost like Barcelona two days ago. They had no one on the bench in offense that can come in and offer something different. If they had someone like Toni it could have caused us problems cause he would add strength, height and aerial threats to their game.

Get my drift?

Our strike force can already do everything. We have power, speed, technical ability, finishing, headers and passing traits in our attackers. We couldn't find anyone to give us anything more except if we went for a very high class player like Ronaldo and RVP.

When did he complain about playing time, i missed that? I think he would accept a joker role, second choice for CF in Milan is surely better than playing for Parma, Sampdoria, Catania...

Balotelli and Pazzini are great forward options. Add Niang who can play on occasion at cf when explosiveness is necessary.

Wouldn't swap him for many many strikers out there. Pazzini fits the bill

how dare some people complain about Pazzo, he was practically the difference between last year and this year in our game. Ibra never messed with Barca's back line because he wanted to score, but Pazzo was there to piss their backline+Busquets off and he just did that. Total selfless and team effort.

I would never accept him as our number 1 option for CF, but he played a great game Wednesday.

Some of you may not realize how insanely well he played.

Alan, I love love your insight. You tell what is on my mind.

I just catched the match today, super late & have been going crazy avoiding any spoiler during time in-between.

But going 15 mins into game, I saw a different Milan, more organized, even thought who is this #10, is he really our Boateng? (KPB is Barca's bitch)
Monto was great as well (my MOTM for sure), Ambro was displaying captain's performance.
And... Pazzo!! I liked how he played (with confidence & really grit) ever since early minutes, his holding up was excellent (you're right, something that Ibra could've learned given his physical body) , you could see he was really messing Busquets-Pique-Puyol all night.

All in all, Balo must be bringing luck to this Milan's side (Balo's arrival dropped Pazzo to bench & that could instill some motivation to him) & Neguesha is Milan's new goddess. :D

Forgive my random rants, still super excited. . .

Pazzini is our most clinical finished.

Don't know how you say he can't finish.

Think why he did want to leave merda? Playing time. This is just me, but IMO he wants to make it to the wc and he will not achieve that by warming the bench. Prandelli already has stated that before.

it is not really his finishing. It is how often he is hair distance away from heading/taping in a cross or a ground pass.He should have scored 15+

at same time, his chances are his alone

he does a great job positioning, el shaarawy can't do that at CF, balotelli doesn't do that nearly as often

just saying he has his uses.

RIP Totti
very good display from Pazzini vs Barca

I remember, sometime just before he came off, we where under heavy pressure, and we just hoofed it clear and it kept coming back, then Pazzini managed to get the ball and milked a free kick from puyol

That was Pazzini on wednesday

An outlet

So uplifting for a team to see him win a freekick on the half way line after huge pressue

I think we're very strong up front with Balo and Pazzini at CF. Both Italians makes it even better

People gave him stick just cause he looks like an uninterested emo ( ) and came from a bad season with Inter (I said it before he played a minute with us, people are gonna come down on him just cause of his looks).

But reality is, a) a CF like him will never look very good in he situation we were earlier in the season cause we weren't creating much chances b) a CF like him is ALWAYS needed, he's a pain in the ass, he'll move a lot on the box, battle off defenders (and poke their noses)...

Edit: and he did it again!!!

Vieri's presence in the stadium is being felt :D
