2nd year... it depends how much you put injuries on a coach. I know someone will come in w/ thiago playing hurt but cmon. He was cleared to play, he's hardly first or last player who's played w/ a knock. Usually we praise this approach. I would have played Thiago too. Got to trust your stars ability to play while caring a knock.



Regarding his 4th yeart... it's not like pippo is getting any D out of this team. We probably need to acknowledge the teams spine is utter garbage.

allegri is playing with the same formation, but better than conte, other team looks invisible when they play with juve.

Absofuckinglutely right. Root of the problem is management's incapacity and ambitious level 0000. When they got rid of Seedorf I thought it was huge mistake and now I'm sure it was. He was doing some very weird shit in his final year, refusing to play monto at anchor and playing DJ backpass there was mind boggling considering one of the main reasons we reached 3rd place the following year was moving monto to the anchor position and having 2 runners on his sides.

I honestly think he just stopped giving a shit in his final year, and the players didn't give a shit about him or the club.

Just look at what he did to Seedorf (who I didn't regard as a good coach, but again as soon as results got bad, he went out afterSeedorf), and currently with Pippo.

Sure the coaches always have a bit of the fault in this things, but the bigger one, the 90% of Milan issues in the past years are down to poor management.

i think if there's a major flaw about allegri it's that he wears on guys over time.

A bit capello-esque in that capacity. With coaches like this, he needs either full autonomy to buy/sell and remake team OR he needs to go, and is a 3year manager type.

Exactly, Juventus have the best team in Serie A by far and this league is not filled with competition like others. Only team that can give them a sniff is Roma probably, I thought maybe Milan but that obviously isn't the case yet. You would have to be a complete imbecile to mess this team up. I have Allegri as an OK coach, but for me to see him as more he has to do something Conte couldn't and put in some work in the CL. Not even win it, but Semis maybe.

it wasnt only injuries to blame for the 2nd place.when you lose last games vs viola and inter and drawing bologna...you cant really tell it was yours championship that was lost...Champion means you overcome these difficulties..
