The red was deserved and a stupid move by Ibra (specially cause it was in a moment where we were really playing much better). All that came before the red was outrageous too though (Napoli player that basically was down just to get up on his feet alone, to basically stop the game, Aronica slapping Nocerino), doesn't justify Zlatan's actions but the ref was incompetent overall, this could've been prevented had he not stop the play (though I have to admit before the red card while I was watching his frustration, I could smell a card comming, it reminded me too much of the game vs Bari last year).

PS. As much as De Sanctis was a "snitch", prova TV was going to happen and he was going to get suspended (hoping its applied on Aronica too).

I would have more respect for him if he went apeshit and fucked up Aronica
Me too actually. Then you´d think Aronica had crossed the line himself, and might have deserved a beating.

This provocative hidden little bitchslap though.. ugh. :fp:

the guy is mentally unstable. He needs medication asap, some strong drugs to calm him. If this doesnt work, lock him up in a institution

Can he play against Juve this Wednesday at Coppa?

Maybe he makes up for it by bringing us the Coppa.

Why am I not surprised about this.
He always was a bitch and always will be.
He always has to leave the team he's carrying when they're in a bad series of games. Just remember last year.
Too bad this year we aint got Pato fit to lead us to the scudetto. Like he dit last year when Zlatan was having vacations.
There was NO need for that card. Absolutely no need for it. The game was stopped just move on. Aronica wasnt even talking to Ibra.

Fuckin' hell no he's gonna miss Udinese AWAY, Cesena away and Juventus.
Good job "LEADER" :star:

what ibra did was stupid but aronica did the same thing and didn't get punished. thanks drama queen de sanctis to exaggerate it. ibra might as well slap the bitch twice and get the same red card.

The bitch Aronica will walk away with no punishment, and Ibra will probably get 3-4 games suspension.

that slap was so stupid of ibra, he had a good second half but that slap just messed everything up. Even tho me being a big fan of his, i just wanted to punch his face for that slap. I think his frustration with this team has finally got to him, unlike a good boy like kaka for example, ibra has a bit of a douche personality and can't hide his frustration with these average players, while being promised a lot of stuff by galliani before he signed to come here. But him getting a red card might turn out for the better, because I personally think this team seems to get rather lazy when he is on pitch. It's as if they are hoping and sort of expecting ibra to save their asses in every game.

Did you guys see how much effort they put on the game after he was sent off? It was like "holy shit, we are in trouble now, we should put on more effort!" Why can't they do that while he is ON pitch? They always send him bad long balls and hope that he magically takes it down with some taekwando techniques and then scores.

I can understand why some people don't like ibra, but you can't deny his talent and the fact that he is one of the best players in the world, problem is that many players seem to get lazy or just off game while he is on the pitch, it's as if they expect him to win the game for them. A couple of weeks ago, nocerino said that ibra and silva har 2 phenomenons and could form a 2 man team, while I think he might partly just want to be nice and give compliments, it also shows how much he "and i think many others in the team" respects these two, but also how much he sort of expects from them in the game. It's a coach job to integrate the players into a team, making all players a part of a team and stop the team from having this sort of mentality, because even the best players have bad days and do stupid stuff, yes even messi, ronaldo or any player.

I think Allegri has failed badly in this department, he seems satifsfied with this 2-man team by saying stuff like "we are good as we are", either that or it's B&G that seems to be happy with how this team is. I don't think his tactics are that good tbh, if he even has any. Does this count as tactics? "hey everyone, just shoot long balls to the tall guy with the pony tail and we will win the game eventually, don't worry too much about the defence, the brazilian man got our backs!

This was so bad by Ibra! Im sure Fred can put a nice spin on this though. He deserves to be slaughtered for doing this again at such a key part of the season. Anyway he didnt deliver or lead today, just moaned and what a shock against another decent team. Similar to Lazio as well. Hes not the best in the world so stop saying this, he does an amazing job against shit teams, thanks for that but maybe we can do better without him against the big teams coming up. The alternatives are less predictable anyway.

Can't wait to hear Fred explain how that wasn't Ibra's fault
There's no point writing anything here tonight since the haters are having their normal little parade like every time Ibra isn't 100%.

It was totally stupid. So unnecessary.

Best on the field as always, I don't see any signs of "winter form", what I do see is frustration with team mates who can't play football.

He'll get a couple of games off, can come back and trash Arsenal, and then get Milan back on course for the Scudetto. This won't cost us the season. Normally he would have a suspension now due to yellow cards, but this season he only has one, so this makes up for it.

Anyway, I can't defend what he did. A light slap, but of course a red.

This is NO ONE'S fault but ibra. Not Noce, not Rizolli, not the lines man and not the pitch.

This is ALL on Ibra. 100%.

Of course it is.
