Why don't he deserve a 3-match ban? I was pretty sure he'd get three matches when I saw his slap. For me, it is deserved and I don't think Galliani should apeal. He has done it before and by apealing I think we're being lenient with him. What's the message we send to Zlatan by doing that? That he's stupid attitude "wasn't that bad"?

I don't care if it is an important match. We have a month full of important fixtures, and Milan didn't treat it as seriously as it deserved. Because of that, now Zlatan got a deserved ban which will get him out of the most important game of the month bar Arsenal, and now Milan will apeal.

The club had the chance to get things right by doing the right things all january. Treated the injury crisis and the awful avaiable team as if it were a minor issue. Now, they want to get things right by doing the wrong things. Milan seems to be just paying for its bad decisions in the last couple of months to say the least.

Good point.

congrats, you idiot!!!

Team first. As always, with the Z man.

he deserves the 3 games. He is a known offender... that's what happens.

We need him, but he blew it. Let his testosterone filled proboscis get the better of him.

He may have deserved three games, nevertheles, if we played Juve in four weeks he would have gotten 4 games ban.

SerieA - Jube cocksuckers, and it always was so except when Whoratti managed to fuck them.

Cmon lets keep the conspiracies down. No matter how much it sucks to say it he deserves the ban. I mean this is the 2nd year in a row that he has let the team down around the same time frame. I'm not going to be ignorant to the fact that we need Ibra, and without him I don't see anyone else that could inspire the play Ibra brings to the pitch. All our strikers are out of form, we have a soon to be retired Inzaghi, El Sha is too young to lead a line and carry a team even though the potential is there, Lopez brings nothing to the table, Pato is embarrassingly out of form, and Robinho being typical Robinho misfiring all. the. god. damn. time.

UGH...just let this month end already :fp::thumbsdown:

Eh, what? Sure Serie A might not be overly rich right now, but the FA should buy a TV.

I mean if they bring forward a tape, showing what millions wittnessed live? Secret fotage? How about a youtube-link. :fp:

Zlatans ban is FULLY deserved.
Then the asshole overshadowing everyone else with his anus should have a 6 game ban, FULLY deserved. Simple.

If we get a favorable first leg (0-0), I'll feel good. Boateng, Aquilani and Pato should all be back for second leg.

Letting us hopefully use our favored zlatan, robinho, boateng, aquilani, nocerino, mvb mid/attack. Pato as a wild card

If the appeal will prove to be succesful and the ban gets reduced to two games, Zlatans' absence won't be as big a problem as some suggest. He will play against Juve in the coppa and Arsenal within the next ten days. It would have been a good thing to rest him against Udinese any way (the same goes for MVB who is suspended). I think Pato will be back for the Cesena game, albeit as a sub.

More importantly right now is to get Aquilani and Boateng back. Hopefully before the Arsenal clash (again, albeit as subs), but surely before the Cesena/Juve games.

Any way. Everybody within our management staff and all the supporters knew what they were getting once Ibra came. I don't want to justify his actions last game, but he does these things at least once every season. We knew that! I'm not gonna burn him at the stake, because he and Thiago are our two most important players.

Andre Dias got three games for that much more vicious punch against Van Bommel.

That Diaz punch is forbidden in MMA, let alone in football.

Just occured to me.... aronica won't geta ban

did maldini get a ban for this?-

Of course not, it's Maldini ffs! He played for 25 years and made 10x less incidents than Ibra.

Milan: "We are quite certain to have the ban reduced to two games".
A final ruling comes on Thursday or Friday.
Hope so. Milan needs him vs rubentus, that game could decide who wins scudetto.

Anyway what an idiot! February is the most important month for milan with some crucial fixtures and he gets red card :fp:

i hope he doesnt play against Juve. He has been Chiellini's bitch for too long. I would prefer a

Pato/SES-----Robinho---
-------Boateng--------

attack force in that match. Get Juve for pace in the countr and actually not have a point of reference for a change..

Actually if we get Prince for Juve game, It's better that we don't have Ibra, cuz they can easily do what Inter did and not lose.

Ibra: ‘I messed up’
By Football Italia staff

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has apologised for getting himself sent off at the weekend, but has faith in his teammates to do well in his absence.

After striking Napoli’s Salvatore Aronica and receiving his marching orders on Sunday, Ibrahimovic was hit with a three-match ban on Monday, which rules him out of clashes with Udinese, Cesena and Juventus.

Milan are planning to appeal, with the belief that it is similar to last season’s incident between the Swede and Bari’s Marco Rossi, which was reduced on appeal from three to two games.

Receiving the Tapiro d’Oro award, a mock award handed to players who have tripped up in some way or another, Ibra apologised.

“I did a stupid thing. It happens, it happens. I have to learn when I am wrong. I don’t need the television pictures to know what I did. I messed up.

“I have confidence in the team. They will do well without me.”

Finally some rest for Ibra. Hopefully he'l be able to focus and be rested for the Arsenal game now. Expecting extra magic ibracadabra in CL to make up for that red card.
