Great performance overall. I did not like that in the second half he kept sending long passes Muntari style (give it back to Lazio) but we did not have any above average offensive output like Bertolacci.

Hope he didn't get injured at the end of the game when he had to wrap his thigh. If we end up playing against Atalanta without Bonaventura, Bertolacci and Montolivo it will be tough. One more game and then there's a much needed break to smoothen the 4-3-3 even further.

Hope his injury is not serious.

He didn't take part in the mid-week game that is done within the squad because of fear of any contrasts that could aggravate the injury. He'll either be half-ready or start from the bench on Saturday, with De Jong and Poli the possible starters.

Losing Bonaventura, Bertolacci and Montolivo and being forced to play a Niang that we still don't know in what shape is, will make everything more complicated. Defensively we should be better, but offensively we'll be a lot more predictable. A lot will depend on the Bacca-Cerci-Kucka axis.

Montolivo didn't have much to be blamed, the truth is that Kucka, Niang, Poli, Bacca, Honda were far from acceptable levels. Niang seemed to try but then again he also expired after 45 minutes. After Kucka got substituted with Adriano, it was him and Poli trying to hold the midfielder together...
