from what i've seen he plays almost purely wing... and mostly right wing. Very comfortable there, crossing and cutting in scoring

I compare him to Kaka for the way he moves not for his play. From that video, he seems that he is good passing the ball plus good in attack. I have not watched him play for Empoli, but I might will to see what he could bring to the table.

I've watched him in Italy U21 and he played as a offensive midfielder, mostly as AMR and AML. He have great tehnique, he have great vision and sense for passing and he is a great FK taker.

Italian sites say he can play in a 3-men attack as well as in wide midfield. That's nice.

And fits the profile we should be targeting. Less known, cheap, promising youngsters. Fool other clubs and Rumour Commoders both.

I just say what I saw from the video. I do not say that he is like or plays like Kaka'. He first would have to play for us to see his contribution. At least I am not the 90% of this forum that jizz over Balotelli, calling him a complete CF (already?) or calling him the third best player in the world behind Messi and Crissy.

He cant be Kaka because he doesnt have the afterburners.

Maybe he can be like Pastore or Lamela etc but Golden Ball Kaka had pace with grace and that put him in a different category than even some of the best attacking mids.

The only guy I see like that is Lucas and he doesnt have the vision or composure (maybe because he is much smaller than Kaka's big frame)

he does resemble kaka in his acceleration and style of play thou i doubt he will be at kaka's former and even current level...and on the video he seems to like to drift to the left side more often then the right thou i like him a lot he seems to have vision speed and ball control which are very important for a am-winger like him plus he seems impressive physical

Many of the scenes in the video are sped up. I want to know how fast he really is in the open with the ball.

Good step in the right direction, hopefully he will be a player to count on (De Sciglio level because thinking he will be El Shaarawy level maybe too much from the start) next season.

Seems like many ppl rate this guy very high, I hope it's true and we really made a good deal and not get someone useless like we often did.

why do people compare players just because their face looks like the other. i've never seen him play but its quite clear that this guy plays out front or on the wing and not ACM. its also quite clear that he's better at finishing rather than creating. from youtube i get the impression that he's increadibly direct and like to charge towards goal using his strength rather than tricks although he does have descent control.

my only worry isn't that ive never seen or heard of him before, its why werent there other clubs also trying to sign him? If he is the next whatever im sure a lot of other clubs would have liked a piece of him. also he'll be nearly 22 by the time he plays his first serie a match.
