peeps the person perfect for LB would be Royston Drenthe who was released from Everton in May

Why they released him? Would be good option for rotation, but he is too bad defensively to be our first LB, especially with unexperienced back line we will have...

Hopefully those arrangements in NY are working well for Galliani. I expect he should have a deal for Kaka if not, then Sahin before the end of the US tour..

I agree. Really don't see much to put Laudrup apart from many others at his time - Savi, Boban, Hagi, Stoichkov...

Zidane was a head above them all and he got the WC and big games.

I think Corinthians is not the same anymore after Tupãzinho retired

Even the King of Spain bowed down to Laudrup

Eating in a Madrid restaurant in 1996, a fellow diner overheard Laudrup talking about retiring and leaving the city. His name was Juan Carlos I. Leaning in, he whispered: “That’s good news. I’ll be the only king in Madrid again.”

You wont find quotes like that for Zidane

Hagi was the ultimate small club player, everytime he moved to a big club he shit the bed.

I love Il Genio & Boban, but they were never on the level of Laudrup

Stoichkov was great but said that Laudrup pretty much made his career at Barca.

20:27 MILAN: Yanga MBIWA

On the other side AC Milan, is the night of Yanga-Mbiwa. Inside and outside, by midnight you could close the deal with Milan.

Or Montpellier accepts the offer of 6 million by Galliani, or from Sunday, the Rossoneri will have a new target for the defense. But enough signal from France, to slide the timing of negotiations early next week.

The Montpellier continues in his silence: the attitude of the French club suggests that the ultimatum passed without news may be 'substantial.

The news 'in the negotiation' that Yanga-Mbiwa asked explicitly to his club to be released Assigned Milanello.

KAKA OF AC MILAN AND GAZPROM
Galliani in the U.S., Berlusconi to Russia
04/08/12

Adriano Galliani in the States for Kaka , Silvio Berlusconi in Russia by his friend Putin .

The future of AC Milan will play on two tables from old Cold War, with the two top executives, CEO and president, ready to close two deals valued.

Galliani will try to convince Florentino Perez to give back to the Brazilian.

Silvio Berlusconi, however, try to find an agreement with Gazprom for the sale of shares.

Money, possibly a few, the output of the one part. And money, lots of hand this time, into the other.

Taking a step back in time. Kaka and Gazprom are, so to speak, two old lovers of Milan.

The first, and then surrendered acclaimed, you know it all, including the desire to bring the Rossoneri and try to relaunch it after Real crash.

Of the Russians, however, we know that a couple of years ago came an offer of 180 million euros for the purchase of 30% of the club.

Offer then declined, rejected, returned to the sender, but which, today, Berlusconi would return to Milan with a broad smile and the assurance that he acted for the good of the club.

That money, needless to say, are all right, so much so that the 'openness to new investors is fresh and it came right from a number of Milan. Logically, then, that he who is moving to try to find good ones.

The only novelty in this sense, is that the new member is not the famous Emir Al Maktoum but the Russian energy giant.

Across the world, meanwhile, will make his Galliani. In strict chronological order: friendly against Real and, around Wednesday, meeting with his friend Florentino Perez, which asked for the loan of Kaka.

After receiving the green light will be time to find a point of contact with the Brazilian happy to be back but obviously not happy to cut by 50% and above his salary.

Return the name of Drenthe, the agent: "The Milan concerned" 08.04.2012 22:20

Return the name of Drenthe, the agent: "The Milan concerned"

Despite the presence of Antonini, Mesbah and Didac Vilà, according to foreign newspapers Milan is still looking for a left-back.

This time is the agent of an old face of the Spanish league to offer his player at Milan.

It's Royston Drenthe, currently released after the experience with Everton and definitely interested by offers from big clubs.

His manager confirms to the microphones of Samsungspor in Turkey: "There are various clubs that follow the player, we are looking for a club that plays in the Champions League. AC Milan is interested in him some time ago. The Serie A would be a league where they might very well[/I] ".

well, the mbiwa deal looking a little more hopeful now. the best thing i like about him is his age. it's a risky signing of course, but i think risky signings like this are what we need because in this case, the return can be very very high.

kaka was a done deal to return almost two years now. gazprom maybe could also get us one of sahin and khedira, along with kaka from real.
