Kamada seems like he can help.

Not at all

Why?

He should be sacked

And we should love him for the scudetto he gave us and he should obviously proudly rock that till he dies

I don’t understand why people can get this fact in their head.

Pioli fucked up the season and should get fired, but it doesn’t negate the fact that he won us the Scudetto and it’s something he should be proud of it for the rest of his life and we should be always grateful for that. What he’s doing now DOES NOT erase his legacy with us.

A coach cycle ends and that’s fine, that’s football. But his achievements with us will never be erased.

This obsession with the tattoo is weird.

Criticising Pioli is fine but all these abusive insults calling him a cunt or a piece of shit is completely uncalled for. It’s very stupid

Well here we are, teetering on the edge of a return to the banter era if top 4 is lost. All the hard work done in the past 3 years being thrown away. Anyone who saw the football this season should have known this was coming. Our january collapse was a real mess. Yes Pioli sorted that however, the football has been poor from the start this season he has been found out tactically and our attacking build up play is non existent. The players have lost confidence. The new transfers have not been integrated well enough.

I've seen nothing new or exciting this season which warrants any sort of confidence for Pioli. Unlike others I actually feel we have a semi decent squad, it's a shame when we have some clearly talented players like Vrancx Adli and CDK who have not been managed well this season. We did not capitalise on the momentum of last season and that's what hurts the most.

Part of the problem is Pioli's stubbornness but its mostly down the fact that the system has been found out. We do not have a plan B. I have always said our game relies on playing in moments, the problem is these moments have now turned into individual led rather than team led.

Anyone who points at our run in the CL also needs a reality check. We just managed to sneak through a sub par Spurs and Napoli whom after a freak Rafa goal after which we just parked the bus.

Pioli is tactically limited and unfortunately his cycle here has come to an end. I hope management is not sentimental. This is football.

Everyone will be extremely disappointed with losing out on the CL potentially(hasn't happened yet), but I don't get people saying that throws us into the banter era. We have serious, long term owners and a squad with lots of very talented players. If we don't play CL next season we will bounce back and qualify again.

True and didn't Napoli also miss UCL couple of seasons ago. It's disappointing and embarassing for defending champions not to qualify but not end of the world.

#Negativityforce at work.
This ain't even our worst season in the past 7 years.
Just because they suffered one setback, they think the world is ending.
Winning the Scudetto last season ahead of schedule really messed with their heads.

With CL money we would have really took of . You must understand that players want to compete at highest levels. Excitement and thrill comes when you play against Real not Sociedad. Also top players will come easier if they know that team play CL.
Pioli got it all wrong, he destroyed us .After Inter game they should fire him. He gambled more than it was necessary .

We EARNED the CL money by reaching the Semi-Finals.
We budgeted for a Round of 16 exit. Everything we earned up till now beyond that (prize money, coefficient bonuses, TV revenues and gate receipts) already covers the same amount as if we had qualified for next season. Gerry can't pull that money out from the club without it becoming public knowledge, so that additional money will be on the club's books at the end of the current year, to be used for next year.
Some of y'all need to learn how finance works.

Yeah, we can survive a year without CL thanks to the semis CL run. But, obviously not as good as qualifying again and it’ll undoubtedly have an impact on the budget for the summer.

We have no business finishing behind Lazio, it’s downright embarrassing

Almost back home, have to go to work again tomorrow. It's going to be horrible, all my colleagues know I went to the CL game and probably will have their fun :(
If they mock me because of the defeat.....they better not, I'm absolutely not in the mood for such shit.

I know Pobega was terrible but I still think we have no choice but to play him in CL.

Diaz at CAM is suicide, we need some physicality. You can blame Pioli for not putting Adli/Vrancxx for not putting them in the CL list or blame the management for not giving Pioli more midfielders but it is what it is.

4-3-3 with Tonali/Pobega/Krunic, Díaz/Leao on the wings and Giroud up front is still our best bet.

Zero hope with Origi/Rebic, they were trash yesterday as always. They always are when they start games, Rebic is trash always regardless. But Origi at least shows some promise Vs tired legs. I’d sub him off in the 2nd half if required. Rebic should not play a single minute

51% pass success rate for midfielder, wow. :o

Ok, those who brought him in as Kessie's "replacement" were wrong, i'm not discounting their fault. But then again, it's the coach who chooses the squad and who left Vranks and Adli on the bench, so he doesn't deserve any excuse for that.

Btw, I still think that Pobega is decent squad player. It's amazing how much each player has regressed this season... and that is not the fault of individuals.
