No to chiesa. Fodder Italian. Stay away. Bernardeschi level player.

Rather berrardi.
Chiesa is the incarnation of a Piolismo RW. Fits in perfectly, a very good player, and often injured too. There is no better match.

goal-creation actions such as
- successful take-ons that lead to a goal
- shots that lead to another goal-scoring shot
- defensive actions that lead to a goal

he is quite elite in these categories:D

also in progressive passes, passes and carries into the final third, through balls, passes blocked, fouls drawn he is one of the better players statistically. these are probably the more important attributes that pioli wants to see from the AM in his system.

He is shit. He may destroy us on Sunday but it still won't change anything. Vlahovic yes he is a monster.
Chiesa eww
Berarrdi if we are getting an Italian.

CorSport: Tomorrow we will know the actual sanction for Juventus, -12 points. The objective is to exclude them from the UCL for the next season
Objective should be to exclude them from Serie A as repeat offenders

Brahim Diaz, a professional footballer, possesses several unique skills that contribute to his playing style. These skills include:

Close ball control: Diaz demonstrates excellent close ball control, allowing him to maneuver swiftly in tight spaces and retain possession effectively.

Dribbling ability: He exhibits exceptional dribbling skills, combining quick feet, agility, and close control to bypass opponents and create scoring opportunities.

Vision and creativity: Diaz has a keen vision on the field and showcases creative thinking in his passes and decision-making. He can spot openings and execute precise through balls to set up teammates.

Technical proficiency: He possesses a high level of technical ability, with accurate passing, first touch, and ball manipulation skills. This enables him to maintain a smooth flow in the game and execute intricate plays.

Quick acceleration and agility: Diaz's explosive acceleration and agility allow him to evade defenders and change directions swiftly, making him a challenging player to mark.

Ambidexterity: He has shown proficiency in using both feet, which enhances his versatility and unpredictability as he can shoot, pass, or dribble effectively with either foot.

Tactical adaptability: Diaz can play in multiple positions across the attacking midfield, being comfortable as a central playmaker or operating from wide areas. This versatility adds flexibility to his team's tactics.

Composure and decision-making: He demonstrates composure under pressure and makes intelligent decisions, exhibiting maturity beyond his years. This aids in maintaining possession, finding gaps, and creating goal-scoring opportunities.

These unique skills collectively contribute to Brahim Diaz's overall playing style, making him a promising and dynamic player on the football field.

Basically he's Leo Messi

This boy Zanioli looks good he skinned Theo, Tomori and Messias covering the goal. He is decisive
He is also owned by Napoli. Good luck negotiating with ADL

Increased American ownership in serie A is influencing this

You heard it here first, folks

Watched haaland play. He is really good but I am sorry the quality of defenders are absolutely shit. Prime Maldini Nesta etc would eat this guy alive.

Even VVD could stop him easily.
Norwegian Piatek?

Magnanimous Americans. Just a little less corrupt than our Italian brothers. Yea why not.

Does anyone have the actual interview where he said that about CDK?
My man brk is on a war path

Bruh don't get your hands dirty for fucking CDK, let him deserve it from you. Players like CDK and Adli have failed to impress the coach enough in training to get playing time... That's on them.

Roger Federer is the GOAT
all this focus and blaming of diaz is going a bit too far.

pioli changed the system in january when he lost 0-1 to inter and did not field diaz. the result was the same as in the CL second leg.
inter, juve, napoli, spurs are all physically strong teams. we won against 3 of them with/thanks to diaz.

truth is inter are simply the better team this year. 4 games, 4 wins. different systems, with diaz, without diaz. same outcome.

Juve/Napoli/Spurs Diaz played as a RW though. Which I have zero issues with. It’s CAM I don’t like.

Hahahahaha great point Pigeon. No one does.

Except his former manager. Hahahaha yeah. No one but that guy. Oh and the Belgium national team.

But what the fuck do they know, right?
that guy?
yeah i’m sure he can. just like he can play on the left, as CF and LB.

point still stands. management, pioli and even his former manager consider him a SS/AM and not winger.
the belgium national team played him literally everywhere. from LW, to AM and CF, all the way to RW. he stank at every position.
his single goal came when he was substituted for saele who played LW.

I would be okay with not renewing Diaz, IF it means that we sign Kamada for free (and have Kamada/CDK/Adli for AMF), AND instead spend the money on a RW-threat. Imagine our opponents fearing somebody on our right side, and not just our two beasts on the left (I really appreciate Saelemakers energy and technique, but I think we need somebody with that extra gear).

It’s also clear that we need more depth/quality at CMF. With Bennacer out for 6 months, and considering we didn’t really replace Kessie quality-wise, last season, this piece is important. I just want a physical presence who will be fill up places and win duels.

And at last, a CF who is not 99% depended on getting the ball inside 7 meters of the goal. I love Giroud for what he does and sometimes he fits the strategy just right when opponents are defending deep back, but I really envy teams who has a CF who can run in behind enemy lines and be a deep ball threat (obvious choices would be somebody who can be a deep ball threat AND be a fox-in-the box. That’s why I like a guy like Højlund - he can do both). Maybe Origi was supposed to be that, who knows, but yeah, I don’t think he is the answer.

Just my three cents on priorities for next season ✌🏼

Agreed. Too much noise about that comment, not the most ideal but who cares? That comment is really not a big deal.

CDK failed to impress this season. That’s on him mostly, he’s been given enough chances.

I’m fine with him staying next season to see if a new season can improve him, but given the failure that he has been this season, I’m cool with him being sold off too.

You can be annoyed at Pioli for many things, but CDK is the last person to be annoyed at Pioli for. He has shown nothing I’m sorry.

So the guy who coached him, professionally, says he can play on the right?

Oh okay. Just his former coach.
