As far as Mourinho is concerned, it seems to me that these American owners have a way of managing situations without respect for those who work with them. Let's remember how (Paolo) Maldini was sent away by Milan, now Mourinho with the methods of him... In their parts there is no sensitivity, there is only business. I believe in something different, you need respect for those who work with you and certain things need to be communicated in other ways.

When Mourinho won CL with Roma, he made their fans believe he won them the CL. Crazy how they still proudly talk about that title as if it was superior to even Coppa Italia.

he's still extremely young and most likely the most "resilient" he'll ever be

at 21 he's had more injuries than birthdays

Yeah I was about to say, he's a dream for Milan Lab lol...

Hopefully the algorithms factor in "injury history" and "dental records" leading up to the summer Mercato!!!

Injury prone and mentally weak. One weekend in Milano and he'll be hooked on coke.
There are definitely worse places to spend a weekend battered on the gear lol.

I'd say our players haven't shown as many of those weird games where they're "really up for it"... And this coincidentally aligns with Noodles leaving.

Anyone else notice this?

We should get Lukaku next season on loan with option. He's a massive opportunity and with service and space a 20 goal per season player.
We should get Griezmann.
Continue the French 30+ trend plz. :o

While it certainly can be true that he may always be injury prone...I remember talking with a sports physio and he explained that younger players are being pushed at high levels and these issues can compound quickly on top of eachother. Then they learn their body and learn to maybe control themselves in their runs and such. He said half the time its usually around 24 that they are handling the rigors of sport better.

Reyna is intriguing as a RLC type role player. I would rather pass right now I think.

The American Im intrigued by is Chris Richards. Some at Bayern really rated him but Nagelsman didnt and Richards wanted to find playing time. So he went to Palace where Vieira was at the time. Then Hodgson returns and didnt give much opportunity. Now he has been playing a lot as a CDM even though he is a CB/RB type. I believe he has a ton of talent but has had issues fitting in with the team. Stuck behind Guehi is a problem of course and Hodgson being old school and focusing on his main CB pairing.

Tyler Adams would have been another but he needs to prove his fitness. He is the type of guy we need as he can play 6 but is also really good as a wingback. He needs to be healthy for a while though before I would even approach.

We would've never gone after Terracciano or Buongiorno if they didn't change the growth decree rule.

Well, Torino is about to sell us Buongiorno for 20m + Colombo. According to you, I guess this is the correct way of seeing football.

I wouldn't pay 10m for Gabbia. But he is here. And as a 5th CB, does his job. I don't know that anyone will pay 10m for Gabbia. I don't think so since it obviously hasn't happened. But I sure as shit don't think Buongiorno is worth 35m (20m + Colombo who we are apparently valuing at 15). In the end, this might be a nice little scheme to put some profit in the books (by overvaluing both Buongiorno and Colombo). But still, it's 20m in dry cash that'll leave our accounts eventually. And that's just stupid for a player like Buongiorno. We signed Thiaw for 8m, just for reference.
Don’t take this personal, but I guess you never really watched Buongiorno. There is always a doubt he will settle in the big club but based on the stats he is among world class best defenders. I don’t understand how you can compare him with Gabbia.

I will just add this.. who scored team of the season all leagues
